This was the 2nd range session with this new shaft, didn’t think I was hitting that bad and i definitely didn’t hit the ground, any explanations???

That looks like a defect in the shaft or the shaft was damaged while assembling the club
That looks like install damage
Speculation, but…. It looks like the club has some rough wear at the heel (dirt & scuffs). This may be from steep downswings a making contact with the range mats.
OP, what was the ball flight like before it broke?

Ship stix gave my broken driver that looked like that, even with the red iron fist in my bag.
It’s gotta be a shaft defect.
