Can I Break the Course Record on Golf’s Most Famous Holes?

[Music] How easy is a random public golf course to a professional golfer? Be right. Be right. Today I’ll be playing Tour 18, one of the most interesting public golf courses in all of America. Simulating 18 of golf’s most iconic holes. This isn’t your average round at the neighborhood in Muni. Oh, it went all the way there. Holy crap, that’s 340 right next to the hole. From TPC Sawrass 17 and Aean Corner to Oakmont and Riviera, this place has a little bit of everything. And today I’ll be trying to break the course record in a single try. Seven episodes in, I’ve had three ties, three fails, and one course record. In this episode, I’m chasing one number, the current course record of 63. And I’ll need to shoot a wild 10 underpar and card to 62 if I want to get the job done. Will my past experiences having played nearly all of these famous courses give me the edge? Or will I fall into utter madness trying to chase golfing perfection? [Music] All right, BD, how we feeling today? Good. What’s wrong? I forgot my lunch. Yeah, I knew you were going to do that. Oh my gosh. Why did I do Huh? One bar. I know it’s your favorite. You’re such a lifesaver, dude. cheese flavored one. Perfect on the go snack. I can’t tell you how clutch you just came in right there for the protein I need today for this golf course. Let’s go, baby. Now, I’m definitely breaking the course record. Any great start to the day starts with a one bar. I’m bucked up. These 100 milligram cans are fire, by the way. Course record. I’m excited for today. 63, what I heard, right? Which should be doable. It’s always not doable when Bryson’s in town. Got to get ready for the RDER Cup. By the way, this is a solid way to start. Started another uh public golf course just like Beth Paige Black. Um getting ready. Conditions are obvious a little different, but the only thing that I need to work on are like my half shots right now. So, you know how we talked about the wedge shots, Chase? I’ve been getting better. Well, they haven’t been better, but I’ve been hitting the driver immaculate. So, need that for the RDER Cup, but also need my wedge game. I’m working on it. Hopefully I figure this little half shot sort of stuff out. Yeah, really all you got to do is just take whatever you’re doing on your three woods and replicate that over to your wedges. It’s not It’s not how it works, Chase. It just doesn’t happen like that. By the way, just a quick note, there is little amounts of wind today, which maybe you can actually hit it straight in the air. You’ll have you’ll have a lot less excuses to blame your wide shots on. So maybe they’ll just be bad today. It won’t be the wind’s fault. Yeah, I’m in it. Good. Okay, we’re good. I’m going to keep that as a recurring cut for the whole video. Every time he hits a bad shot, it’s just going to cut that. It’s great. Oh, shoot. All right. Where’s the first T? And what’s the course record? It’s over here. And 63. Yeah. Oh, Cherry Hills. Top of the hill. Got it. Over the mountain and through the woods. The grandmother’s house we go. Number one, Cherry Hills. Played the US Amter here in 2013. It is 350 to the hole. How’d you play this hole at Cherry Hills? That’s like a decade ago, bro. I don’t remember. I think I played it well. This is pretty cool, though. Should be a fraction of a small dog leg. Right. There is water on the right. I don’t think it’s here, though. No, they don’t have it on this one. But again, this is about the right distance of a hole downhill. downhill about the same amount. Let’s see what B Dog’s got. Keep flying, baby. That’s downwind. That could get there. Oh, it went all the way there. Holy crap. That’s 340 right next to the hole. Oh my goodness. I got to start using this T- more. All right. Well, that’s electric. I told you I was feeling good about this today, but we’ll just have to see how the putting goes. I try to give him a high five. Chase doesn’t want to accept the high five. That’s how you started off hot. What a shot. For the course record, let’s see if we can do it today. All right, you can have a high five for that one. See? Okay, great start if I make this. I mean, a tap in birdie you can’t go wrong with either. Oh, a tap in birdie. What do you What? Don’t say that. This is an eagle putt. Got to make this is breaking a little bit. [Music] Break. Break. Break. Well, that’s just embarrassing. Oh, I hit a good putt there, too. Chase, you can clean it. Great way to start off. Not super impressed with that putt, but well, actually, I rolled it right on my line. Unfortunately, it just didn’t uh didn’t break like I thought off of that first little bit. Good start. One under through one. All right, what do you got here? Baltus roll number eight. Is that how you say it? Baltus roll number eight. Never played it actually, so it’ll be a new experience for me, too. Pretty straight away. I’m sure it’s just like the real thing. It is. Just a little left and it might be okay. I don’t know. I hit that where I was going. So, no clue. The driver’s working. That was too short. I should have hit farther. It’s okay. 45 it says. Now, the tough part with public golf courses when you’re coming from a tour course to public is trying to land it next to the hole. Normally we bounce stuff up, but this I can land. I should be able to land it right next to it. I think considering the last holding driver and keeping it where I kept it. It should be just a chip and stop sort of shot. Okay, that’s okay. I mean, look, with my wedge game, I’ll take that. Birdie putt coming up. Trying out a new putting stroke. So, hopefully this does well for me. This is the cool part too about doing course record series is like you get to I get to test stuff. Like I get to see if this actually is going to work. I get nerves. I feel the pressure when I’m trying something new. 5 and 1/2 ft play seven 6 and 1/2 ft. So I’m going from here to here trying to flatten out my back. Great. Great success. That felt really nice. Just rolled right on my line. Was nervous, but conquered the fear. That’s when I know I’m getting better. This is the 18th hole. This is where we won the team championship in 2023. Was the 18th hole at Dural, the Blue Monster. It says it’s 347 to that little inlet there. This is kind of a tight hole for me. Let’s see what we can do with driver. Just going to stay out to the right. Get left. That’ll be fine. Just I got a little scared. I don’t know why. It’s okay. Yay. Got a little nervous there for some reason. I don’t know why. I was just not I didn’t want to pull it left just a little bit and then have a run through because I’m going to get so far right now. So, a little bit uncomfortable. That’s what makes golf cool, but I think I have a shot down here to the right side, so it should be fine. God, I’m better than that. You know, Bryson, I forgot to mention this when you showed up, but that new Reebok polo is looking clean. Yeah, I’m actually ordering you one right now because you can’t be showing up to a golf course looking like that. Oh, they’re on Reebok now. Yeah, right on Reebok. Reebok.com. All right, guys. We’ve got four of our best polos dropping on Reebok. First, we’ve got the classic Sunday Navy polo. Next, a throwback, the varsity polo. Then we’ve got the one I’m wearing today, the Vector polo. And finally, the book polo. This one was actually inspired by parts of my logo, so definitely one of my favorites. For the first time ever, these iconic polos are dropping live on Reebok right now. They’re also right under this YouTube video, so click the link in the description and head to reebach.com so you can get them before they’re all gone. All right, that was a drive. Um 131 yards. At least you look good. This is the Vector Polo. This thing is nice. It’s clean. It’s just clean. You feel good. You look good. Okay. 130. Try to land this a couple yards short. Not too much wind right now. It might jump just a little bit. Trying to play this pretty neutral. Oh, that jumped. Sit down. That scared me. Batman. Batman. I can make that. I can make that. I can make that. 31 ft down the hill down the bayou. 30 32 feet down to three, which is just over halfway. 16 17 18 ft. Wow, this looks really good. Oh no, that’s got to go. Oh no, that was right on line, too. Shoot. Gosh, this would be a dagger here, Chase. Oh, that’s uh really unfortunate. Wow, what a three putt. That’s not what I needed. I thought I mean I hit a good putt. I don’t know what happened. Didn’t bounce. Didn’t do anything weird. Oh, that’s going to hurt. You can’t be doing that when you’re trying to break a course record. But resilience is key here. All right, time to sack up. Hit a good shot. All right, I swear you get it back, though. Yep. Eagle time. Crooked stick. Yeah, I’ve played here before. I don’t remember. Doesn’t come to the memory banks. Pretty straightforward. Come on. Time to lock in. All right, that’s good. It’s rolling out there, too. Just perfect. It’s good shot. Let’s go. All right, stick one. Boom. Yep. That’d be nice. Too bad I three putted. Well, I’m not going to lock in. something messing around. Oh, that’s another perfect drive. Yeah, it’s a great drive. 170 into the wind. 7 yards. 177 76. I’m going to go just over 1030. Nine iron. Come on. Draw this in here. Do something special. Stop drawing. All right, that’s within 12 ft. I can make that. Dude, I’m I swear though that putting did not feel bad on the last hole. It just did not roll on its line and didn’t break the way it should have on that second foot. So, I’m going to keep with uh what I’m doing. That was a great shot in there. 180 yards. I’ll take a 15footer. It’s great. Not opposed to it. 14 and 1/2 ft. What a cool green complex. This is kind of how I designed greens. This is sick. It’s like a crooked stick. You know what I mean? 15 ft. It might go a little left. I like that. I like it a lot. Come on. Huge, huge for the program. I told you I was feeling like I was rolling it pretty solid. That’s Eagle back on track. Just like that here at Crooked Stick number 58. Making it look easy today. No, I’m not. I three last old chase. Well, I was going to say besides on the three. You didn’t get there quick enough. I got there before you. You’re clearly not on point today. So, three under through four. I’ll take that with a bogey. That’s pretty crazy. And had a 12-footer on the first. Let’s keep it up. All righty then. Absolutely needed that crucial 300 through four. Now par three. Son of a gun. This is the one I was talking about driving out drove brother. Oh, how’d you know it was wing foot? Cuz Ern said so. 16675. Let’s see what we got. Nine iron pitching wedge. 173. Wind is off the right just a little bit. 73 downhill, three yards, 70 full pitching wedge. Pass the pin. Spin it back. Come on, Chase. I feel I have a feeling here. Nope. Went away. See, when the feeling goes away, you just got to back off. You just got to like regroup. Come on, wind. No wind. Oh my gosh. Well, I felt a better feeling. I needed a better feeling. Son of a gun. That’s an easy shot, too. When I won the US Open, I didn’t do that. Tell you that. That is not where you want to be. Darn it. Come on, Bryson. Embarrassing. Such an easy shot. It would have rolled back off next to the hole. Golly, I’m very lucky I didn’t get into a footprint. So lucky. Let’s hold it out. Oh, it went right, didn’t it? Shoot. Good swing. Didn’t come out the way I wanted. Came out a little right. I can’t not take care of a bunker when I see it not raked. Well, that’s better. All right, I got to make this, guys. This is huge. 4 and 1/2 ft. 2% 2 and 1/2 4 and 1/2 ft. 2%. This is a tough pot. That was huge, guys. I was really nervous on that one, actually. It makes the insides feel nice. I can go to the bathroom now. That was a big relief. Coconut strips time. Let’s go, baby. Give me a little little fat, little sugar. Ah, this is going to be nice. Nice little drive. I like it. Madina number 10. Par five. Another par five already. All right. Good. Par five. Let’s go. Okay. Oh no. Is that just gone? gone. I think it might be gone. All right. See, let’s go find that ball. Sure. Oh my gosh. That’s so lucky. That is so lucky, guys. That’s But you never shot swing. I’m never lucky. You never get lucky. I never get lucky except now. Yeah. And when you chip in at least twice a tournament. No, that’s skill. 234 yards. This is not the greatest lie, dude. May come out really bad. I agree. This lie sucks cuz I’m in a tree. Yeah. Okay. You knew a knuckle. Get up there. Okay, that’s in the bunker. It’s fine. Get up and down there. That was a really bad lie, but I’ll take it. It was sitting down in a So, I wasn’t lucky. I mean, I was, but I wasn’t. I mean, being greenside bunker in two after that drive. After that drive. I know. I’ll take it. All right. I got a bunker shot here. Up and down for the bird. This is huge. Need it. Have to have it. Oh my gosh. What a lie. My gosh. Okay, news flash. Don’t hit it in the bunkers cuz nobody rakes the bunkers. Wow, what a bad lie. [Music] H. Let’s see if I can get it up and down. Golly. It’s really all I had. That’s a great shot from there. Ah. Wow. Going from easy birdie chance to now struggling for par. Look what I did to the ball. It’s out of commission. I need to get another ball. Hey uh Shayaylor, can you give me another ball? Rules of golf. You can replace it if it’s uh fraying like that. So, here you go. Gift for you and my horrible bunker shot. Oh, I tried to get cute. It’s disappointing. Already done two stupid things today. Chase, focus up. This is huge right here. Come on. God dang it. That’s a bogey. Pretty bad bogey there, folks. That’s unfortunate. Two under through six now. That been crazy par. Well, it should have been an easy birdie, but you know, it’s the thing. Like, I get really lucky sometimes and then you get super unlucky with flies in the bunker. You know, this just is what it is. Harbor Town. That’s right. Just take a sip of your bucked up and you smack a drive and you’ll be just fine. Well, I can’t hit driver. Uh Harbor Town is the 18th hole. Really cool hole. They’ve got It’s a wide fairway, but you got to hit it pretty precise on your distance in order for uh you have a nice clean shot in the hole. So, 3-wood. Pumping a 3-wood out there at the bunker. Let’s make birdie. We got to make birdie. Should be good. All right. Good angle into that pin. Nice uh opportunity to make birdie. Got to start making putts. God, I thought I made that last one. Very disappointed with myself, but that’s what golf is. Got to take a deep breath and figure it out. 172 pitching wedge here. Should just be a full one. Throw it out to the right. Draw it back in. Come on. Do your thing. Pulled it. But it should work out. Be the right distance. Little short. It’s okay. All right. Come on, Bryson. Knock this sucker in. 17 ft. Pretty straight. Give myself some good looks today. Just outside the edge on the right side. Go one inch out. Yeah. Got a straight putts here. Come on. Hook in. Just didn’t hit hard enough. Right in the hole, too. Ah, it’s a par. Two under through seven. So, when you’re trying to break a course record, making a bogey on a par drive, easily reachable par five with an iron in my hand and then bogeying a hole a wedge in or par in a hole with a wedge in. But it’s just you cannot do that. Maybe I can drive this one. We’ll see. I need I need something to get me going cuz two under through seven is not not what uh we need to shoot 10 under. 324 over there. 330. I should be able to get over the water. I’m just going for the green. See if I can get it over. Yeah, that’s over. A little chip shot. A little chip shot there. Come on, knock it in. I hit it a little thin, too. Over. I was worried about it going. If it went in the water, it’s over. That’s the thing. There’s like make or breaks in the series and I felt like that was a big one there cuz if I chip this in birdie the last get to 500. I got 500 in the back n. Oh, it’s I just want like another chance at these these golf courses. I’m not I feel like just going out there blind not knowing. It’s so much more difficult than having a second attempt at it, you know. But I guess that’s what the series is is about. That’s what’s so cool. I got lucky, too. There’s a little inlet cuts around. Yeah, that’s good. That’s good. It’s good. I’ll take it. I’ll take it. Way to keep your head in the game. This is nice. 41 yards. This is very nice. The visual is nice. Calming the 41 at 39. Oh, that is so bad, man. Alive. Well, there’s good news and there’s bad news. Bad news is I’m far away. Good news is I leave I left myself in a great place. You know, it’s crazy. I don’t feel like I’m hitting bad wedges. It just comes off a little weird and I don’t know. I felt like that was a 40 yard shot. I’m 5 yards off. So, it’s all right. Knock this in. Not worry about it. There we go. Dagger. Finally. That was straight. Yeah, that was right in the hole. That was huge, guys. I needed that to stay on track. 300 under through eight. I’ve got seven more birdies to make. Time to lock in. [Music] Well, it’s 133 into the wind a little bit. Play at 1 35 36. This is almost a full 40°ree or 50°ree. It could be a 10:00 45. I feel like these greens aren’t spinning too much, which is nice. It’s taking the spin off. So, I want to hit a fuller shot into there. So, I think I’m gonna go to 50°ree. Hit a full one in there. Come on. Spin. It didn’t spin. It was a great shot, too. All right, got a birdie putt. God, I just got to get my wedges more dialed. That flew forever, Hogan. That’s 30 feet. How does that go that far? 28T. The 90 is like right here. So, I’m going to go 28 feet. Just a little. Just going to play 28 feet. 40 almost 50 inches. Yeah. 55. All right. Come on. Do your thing. Do it. Oh my god. That was a good putt chase. I thought you did it. Thought so, too. All right. That’s frustrating. Again, this is wedges, man. Got to dial in those wedges somehow. Got to get like a motion that doesn’t create like a massive gapping in my wedges for some reason. I don’t know why that happens. It’s so crazy. It’s good one day and then horrible the next. What a uh pretty putrid nine holes of golf. Started off so good, too, folks. Disappointing. But there’s nine more holes. I could shoot seven under in this back. Nine. Eight under in this back. Nine. Shoot. Shoot 11 under. Well, I’ve got to shoot seven under in the back. Nine. Come on. Oakmont. This is number This is number uh one, two, three at Oakmont now. It’s not one to one ratio, but it’s pretty cool. It’s a good resemblance. Let’s go. [Music] Wow. Why is it not turning over? Come on. That’s terrible. 122. I’m going play a 10:00 50°ree. Yeah. Yep. This is perfect. 22. Landed four, five, four yards short. 118. It’s just 10:00. Is that there? Oh my gosh. That’s short. Time to chip it in. What? What is that? That’s disappointing. Got to make this for par here. 12 ft. Screw you wedges. You’re just making it interesting. Hate my wedges. Embarrassing. Embarrassing. What am I saying right now? I’m lost it. Completely lost it. All right. Southern Hills number three. I actually don’t remember this hole. I I played a couple practice rounds and I had to withdraw my hand. Uh it says go over the bunker. So I’m heading right over that bunker. Here we go. All right. Well, we’ll see where that is. All right. Well, that’s a little right. Hopefully I got a shot over there. God, a little right misses today. I don’t know why. Hitting it so good on the first few holes, too. I’ll have to figure that one out. I gotta just swing a little harder. I think I think I’m babying it right now instead of being aggressive. Yeah, this would be nuts if I could pull this off. 143 43 50° be right. Yeah, this would be right. Oh, just short right. Stay there. That was a good shot, but I’m just hitting my driver all over the place right now. Don’t know what’s going on. Just missing right. Not what you need to do when you’re trying to break a course record. Need to chip this one in here. This is very doable. Oh my. That’s what you get for hitting the driver bad, Bryson. Uh par 300 through 111. Got to make some eagles now. Coming in. It’s 180 yard shot. Uh got a nine iron here. Time to play some golf. Little uphill slope. I’m going to hit a full shot here. It’s a good shot. Just a little left. I’ve got to make that for birdie now. It’s do or die. Okay, Chase. I got to get it to four under now. Time’s running out. How does that not roll down, by the way? I like this test, though. I want this to be a hard test. I want this to be impossible. Bigger the comeback, better the story. Put it straight. It’s going to miss left. I got to put this thing one inch outside the right. That’s great. 10 feet 4%. Five be a foot. Hit this a foot. How is it that slow, man? That was it right on line, too. Everything was perfect besides the speed. Darn it. That’s like four putts you’ve left short today. I feel like I’m putting good, too. It’s the crazy part. That’s three under through 12. Well, this is kind of crazy. I haven’t played 17. I only played 16 holes at Pine Valley, which is unfortunate. So, it’s not really going to be an advantage here, but it’s 307. I got to go with driver. I mean, it’s got to be driver. All right. This a nice smooth driver here. Go a couple yards back. I think I got a good idea where to go. Let’s do it. be right. I mean, I think that’s pretty good. I heard a thud. Oh, it’s right on the front edge. Good drive. Right on the front edge, dude. Great drive. Gosh darn it. Son of a gun. If I just would have hit a couple drives better today, this is no problem being broken. 100%. I got to come back here and do it if I don’t break it. What’ that do? Did it just plug? Yeah, I just plugged. Ah, I told you I heard a thud. How does the thud go, Chase? It sounded like a thud. I was hoping for more of like a sound effect you’d make. I don’t make sound effects. You don’t make sound effects. See? Yeah. Look at that mudball. Do we get to clean it or no? Cuz that’s pretty horrid. I mean, you don’t you don’t you can’t clean it. Do I putt this or chip it? You can’t putt it. Why can’t I putt it? Because of the mud. Yeah, I can. All right, let’s see what we can do here. You going to listen? No. That’s just a lot of mud, folks. That’s a lot of mud. Either way you play it, either way I would have played, it would have rolled weird. Dang, I’m struggling with this. Should be pretty straight, it looks like. All right, that’s a birdie. At least we still got uh five four more holes. Five more holes. Five. Five more holes to play. If I go six under. That’s a course record, baby. All right. I’ve got to make eagle on these par fives. No questions asked. Let’s go. Looks like it’s a good start there. Great drive. I believe. Oh, that’s right. No way. That’s right. Okay. Middle of F. Okay. I did not think I was right there. Like, you got to be kidding me. You got to be kidding me. Come on, man. 288 the flag. This is a good hole. It’s a perfect 3-wood, folks. Be right. be right. Sit down. Oh no, I killed it. Son of a gun. Chip in. Dude, that was smoked right at the flag with the 3-wood. I couldn’t have asked for more there besides it going in the hole. I landed at pen high. I cannot believe I flew that thing 290. I wish it would have stopped like the first hole. It’s all right. You can chip it in. Just got to see this more. Six. Ah, here we go. Just didn’t envision it right. That’s okay. Good little chip. Not yet technically out of it. Five under. Got to go five more. Last four holes. Birdie every hole. Eagle. One of them. Got one more par five, right? Yeah, we have one more par five. Last hole is a par five. This is This is possible. I know. It’s possible. Possipable. Yeah. Yeah. You know what’s crazy? Just thinking about how many balls I’ve cleaned in my life. I just want to play this golf course again one more time. I feel like I could shoot so deep. Okay, I think I’ve got to go over this bunker over here. Okay. I mean, that’s where I wanted to hit it, so it should be good. Just hopefully where you wanted to hit it is where it’s supposed to be hit. All right. Well, hit it too far again, but it’s okay. I thought it was going to be totally fine hitting driver right where I did. Um, I need to know the golf course better. I got to prepare better for these things. Shoot. That’s why I got a caddy. Jibo, where are you? It’s your fault. Land this four yard short. 21 5 yard short. 66. It’s a 66 yard shot. It’s going be just over 930. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, I like this. Is that short? Yeah. Wow. All right, let’s make a putt. Yep. Technically inside 20 ft from 75 yards is not like terrible, but it’s not great. Yep. I’m average. Bryson Dsham average. D sham average. Dsham average. 18 feet up a 3enter [Music] not to be param just average got to do something special eagle eagle birdie it’s So funny how terrible I’m playing. And I still have a chance to break the course record if I just play average. So I don’t know where to go again. It’s another blind drive. I know what Augusta looks like. This is not blind. Uh when I when you play Augusta, but that’s okay. I think I’m going to go right over the cart path. That’s the goal. I’m pumping this drive. Sit. I don’t know. Little left. 138. Playing down two yards. I’m hitting a 45 here. Um 38. little left. Sit down. All right. Just a little left. I’ll take that though. Good shot with a wedge. It’s good for me, you know. There you are. Yep. All the way down the leaderboard. sucked three over the last day. Nice. Good. Good memories. Come on. I got to make this. Make it hole in one eagle. Break the course record. How nuts would that be? 12 ft. Watch how much this putt breaks. There we go. Very nice. I will take that putt any day of the week. Six under. Good birdie there after a poorly aligned drive there. A little pull. Long story short, got two more holes. If I go Eagle Eagle, 156 56. It’s a little bit of the wind. I don’t want to spin off. I feel like these greens are going to spin. So, I’m going to do 10:00 9 iron. Let’s get the right distance on this one, partner. 160. Just over 10:00. Oh, no. Sit down. Ah, I was pulled. Ah, that’s embarrassing. Should have pitching wedge. The wind died down a bit and I just got a little nervous of the over spin and it’s spinning right next to the hole and going back off into the water cuz I don’t know how much uh slopes there. That’s disappointing. That went a little farther than I wanted to as Oh, it’s not that much slope. Dang it. I didn’t know that. Yeah, I would have hit a pitching wedge had I known the front was flat like that and it would have spun back. I thought it was a mound and it went would go in the water. Okay. 24 ft. 8t 9 ft. 10 ft. Yep. 10 ft. Oh, sit down. That’s really fast. Yeah. The one time I’m playing this just a little right center. Thank goodness. That would have been embarrassing. Yeah, I want to come back and play this golf course. I mean, I could shoot 11 12 under. This is a replica of number 13 at Augusta. Aelia. It’s a dog leg left around the corner. There’s Race Creek. The Byron Nelson Bridge. Ben Hogan Bridge. Didn’t even know we were going over it. It’s 320 over there. So, this helps to see. Oh, goodness. So, okay. This thing’s going to be hit hard. I mean, that should be good. We’ll see. Maybe make a double eagle. Chip it in. Oh, that’s right. I’m wedging. Never mind. A little shorter in than you usually have at Augusta. Yeah, just a little bit. It’s okay, though. 138. All right, I’m going to do something special here. Throw it past it. Spin it back in. I hate my wedges. Well, let’s knock that in for eight under. Eight under with two bogeies and three putts/ chips that ended an inch away. Just my luck. 36 ft. Spun it back 15 ft. 13 more feet. 36 ft. 49 ft. Short short like my entire round today. Well, that sums it up. Short. You can’t even throw it in the water, right? short. All right, let’s go over the freaking round. This is the first ever round recap. Brought to you by yours truly. First hole. What a great drive. Missed that putt for eagle. Break. Break. Break. Good birdie in the second hole. Great three putt. Oh, that’s uh really unfortunate. Unbelievable. Eagle. Huge sixth hole. My favorite hole. Oh no. You knew a knuckle. Get up there. Unbelievable. Don’t even remember. Oh, it was Madina number 10. You can Eight. Good birdie. There we go. 14. Just hit it over the flag. Almost made eagle. 15. Left it short on my wet shot and then left the play. 16. Yeah, I hit a great shot in there. Made a great putt. Awesome. Here we go. 17. Long left. Hit it 7 ft by. 6 ft by. Made a great putt. 18. short. Six shots that I left short today. How do I feel? I want to go cry in a corner right now. [Music]

  1. the link to the shirts redirects to homepage. Made me not buy one cause that website is so clutered. Pretty sure its a canada thing

  2. I think we would all like you to do a series where you try the course record for the second time 🏌️‍♂️

  3. Woman in a Black dress by the Hollies! (Was Bethpage Black on your mind when you selected that great song)? Perfect music for a great video! Fun to watch you try to break a record on a pretty cool public course I had no idea existed! Moments of brilliance and then some not so, but great practice for the upcoming Ryder! Can't wait for that one Bryson and congrats on your selection (third time) to such an honorable team! USA, USA! Go team!

  4. Just Content ID'd yourself to demonetization with The Hollies (I'm sure). Great video, though!!

  5. Bryson, I used to live in Hilton Head and went to the MCI Classic as it was called back in the day. I remember watching Notah Begay tee off the 18th.

I think the cost of playing Harbourtown was about $275 for the round back in early 2000.

  6. You and Grant are the most negative sounding people I have ever heard. No wonder you fail.
Phil on the other hand is POSITIVE ! You should talk to him about the psychology of winning attitudes
