Scottsdale, Ariz. (September 10, 2025) – The PGA TOUR, Korn Ferry Tour and the United States Golf Association will visit four Troon-affiliated golf properties this weekend with three high-profile tournaments – the Procore Championship, the Simmons Bank Open and the U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship.
Silverado Resort in Napa, Calif. will host the PGA TOUR’s Procore Championship, September 11-14. The property’s famed North Course with its firm, quick, canted greens will test the 144-golfer field that includes 10 of the 12 U.S. Ryder Cup team members. Set in the heart of wine country, the tournament combines the best of Napa Valley golf, food, wine and fall harvest weather. The Procore Championship will air on Golf Channel and the NBC Sports App on Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. EST, Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. EST, and Saturday and Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. EST. The Simmons Bank Open for the Snedeker Foundation, part of the Korn Ferry Tour Finals returns to Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, Tenn., September 11-14. For the second straight year Vanderbilt Legends Club’s North Course will host the future stars of the PGA TOUR. Troon Country Club and Troon North Golf Club will host the prestigious 2025 U.S. Mid-Amateur Championship, September 13-18. Established by the United States Golf Association (USGA) in 1981, the U.S. Mid-Amateur is the national golf championship for amateur golfers age 25 and older. The 264 competitors will play two rounds of stroke play, one at Troon North Golf Club and one at Troon Country Club, with the low 64 advancing to match play at Troon Country Club. Match play rounds of 64 golfers, 32, 16, 8 and 4 will lead to the 36-hole Mid-Amateur Championship between the finalists.
