what if I told you that your elbow pain might not actually be an elbow problem at all this patient of mine could do this movement just fine but the moment he added a wrist rotation he felt severe pain in his elbow but why during my assessment I found he lacked external rotation stability in his left shoulder he couldn’t resist my push but why does that matter think about trying to rapidly click the trackpad of your computer with just your finger you naturally stiffen your wrist first your body works the same way stability allows for distal controlled movement if the shoulder is unstable it disrupts proper movement at the lower joints like the elbow so we focused on building external rotation stability using the banded W drill holding for 5 seconds to engage the rotator cuff then IAM maintained that stability while performing wrist rotations with band tension while his forearm muscles handled the movement easily his lateral shoulders fatigued quickly when we retested the pain was gone proof that he was finally on the right track

  4. My problem is that there’s a clicking/sliding sensation in the outside of my elbow. It doesn’t hurt, but it feels so weird that eventually I have to stop what I’m doing because I start to feel nauseated.

  5. Can’t elbow pain be caused by poor grip strength as well? I have pain on both sides of my elbow when I try to do bicep curls…. Both golfers and tennis elbow. It’s very painful.

  14. JUST tried this – my year long 'tennis elbow' pain GONE! I have had a few sessions with a specialist in dry needling which relieved 80% of the symptoms but the final twinge has had me and the dry needling specialist a little flummoxed to say the least… amazing to finally have the pain gone, WOW! thank you!

  17. Damn it brother, it's like you have telepathic abilities. First the knee a year ago, levator scapula and now the longest problem of all, my elbow. I am more thankful than you know for your online work, of which I can personally use, along with training this for preventative maintenance for my fighters, along with my geriatric clients. I hope one day to meet and shake your hand. You effect far more people than those who watch your clips. There are 15 more, under my guidance, who I refuse to see with my past and current issues. Everyone is doing this starting tomorrow.

  18. If you got problems in your wrist, elbows, or shoulders. It all stems back to the scapula. Usually weak rotator cuffs
