[Music] It’s time to crown the 2025 Live Golf League Team Champions. After two compelling days of match play, only three of our 13 teams went cruising through to Championship Sunday. It’s stroke play all the way. It’s the grand final of the Live Golf Team Championship. Great crowd, huh? Oh. Caleb Serat opens birdie birdie and John Rams leading 13. Caleb Sarat has started like a man possessed. Three birdies now the 21y old. Tom McKibben has opened with a pair of birdies. So between them Sarat and McKibben have completed five holes and they’ve birdied all of them. That’s a good start for the youngsters. And now it is Bryce’s turn. What a start for both Legion 13 and the Crushers who in the early going are galloping over the horizon. Stinger need to respond. Charles Schwarzel. Can he get something going here for Stinger who aren’t playing badly but they’re not matching Crushers and Legion 13 until then? And then Brandon Grace did this at four. And the South Africans are getting it going. You guys get better, huh? Always been so good. Stroke is smooth. Stroke. Yeah. So look out. Steer GC. The entire team still bo. The only team that way. Boy, this is close. It is so tight. Oh, they are neck and neck. Yeah. Yeah. [Applause] [Music] Wow. Amber, that was a good roll. I don’t know. Wiggles left. It was very weird. Legion 13 goes on to win this. It’ll be because of the freshman and sophomore McKibben and Sarat. Both five under par. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. God damn it. We haven’t made a fun all week. Making some of these points. A great start to the back nine for the Crushers. And all of a sudden, there’s some daylight between themselves and Legion 13. [Applause] Stinger appear to have lost all of their early momentum on the back nine. Stinger are suffering. Is it becoming a twohorse race for the title? John Ram is still in it with Legion 13. Ryson’s boys are at it again. Oh my goodness. [Applause] Absolutely incredible by Paul Casey. Oh my god. That’s a good question, Dean. All right, we’re 16 under our team. Second place at 18. They’re at 18. No. Well, this is going to come down to Terrell Hatton who hasn’t had the best day. The young lads Surat and McKibben have done their job. 64 for Surat. 65 for McKibben. There we go. Right when he needed to. Legion 13 back to within one. Yes, sir. This could be massive. Bryson for birdie at 17. Are you Bryson at his brilliant best when his team need him most? Can they hold off? Legion 13. Now, if John Ram had to pick one putt today, it would be this one. And he has made virtually nothing. There it is. Will happen if he rolls in this birdie club. Bryson Deambo and the crushers. John Ram and his lead in 13 will tee off at 18. Dead level. Terrell tease up the most extraordinary climax here at the Cardinal. He came good eventually. Legion 13 and the Crushers level on 19 under. It’ll be John Ron first. All right, my man. Right on your spot. Looks to me like he’s going low. He’s not making I don’t see I like that play. I don’t like the opport it’s going to get back there. Oh, that just heats untold amounts of pressure on Bryson Dambo. That’s what winners do. Tom McKibben could barely believe it. Both end on 20 under par and it’s down to the captains to select a teammate. [Music] A twoon two stroke playoff on 18. Extra golf for this gigantic crowd. I feel better that there’s the two best wedge players in the middle of the fairway, but the other two players are incredible, too. So, I like where we’re at. What a smile. And the team championship will go to a 20th hole. [Music] Well, what a scene that we have here in Michigan. The Crushers and Legion 13. Who’s first on? Looks like it’s going to be Hatton. [Music] Oh, how good is he? How good is he? Stellar. Now Paul Casey just never got enough forward movement on him. [Applause] Well, when the big prizes are there to be won in the closing moments of the season, John Ram has delivered. Bryson, it’s a tall order, but he may have to hold this go. Oh. Oh, wow. Is that the defining moment of this final? And this is Bryson’s reaction is at the moment that a second live golf league team title has slipped away. John Ram for the win. What a week. And John Ram’s Legion 13 have crossed the Rubicon, entered the coliseum at the Cardinal and they have conquered the Live Gold League. Here we go. It’s always hard to put into words, you know, it’s um the young guys kind of were a were a beacon of strength out there playing good and out there today as well. They carried us all the way till the end. A lot of the great memories we have from the game of golf come from team play, rider cups, president’s cups.
