Now a full three weeks into the golf season, here are our latest Players of the Week.
Sam Scioletti, St. John Paul II – The senior captain had the low score in Lions victories over Mashpee and Falmouth.
Jack Oreal, Newburyport – The junior contributed 38 points against Pentucket and 29 points at Triton to solidify two Cape Ann League wins.
Cole Cullen, St. John’s Prep – The senior shot an even-par 34 at Bass Rocks Golf Club, leading the Eagles in a win over Gloucester.
Matt Murray, Duxbury – Four birdies solidified a 4-under par 32 round for the senior in a nonleague win over Westwood.
Nolan Bace and Sam Kesterson, Rockport – Bace posted at least 30 points, going as high as 36, in all four of the Vikings’ matches this season. Kesterson made an impact in three matches, including a 1-under-par 34 to record 38 points against Hamilton-Wenham.
