Played one of my local courses here in Western Australia today. Wet and windy day, and the course has a lot of mounding around the greens. On 1 I hit a low one up the green to keep it out of the wind. I strike it well, and ball disappears over a rise and doesn't reappear. It made no sense as it should have rolled up on the green.

I think…that's hit something…walk up and indeed it did. ball is right next to a large dead mullet. A bird must have dragged it out of the lake and dropped it

Even worse, I kicked it out of the way and it was juicy ripe. Goo all over my shoes…and it reeked!

Now you have to put it on a plaque and make him sing

First time you hit a fairway and you still killed a fish

Reminds of a time on a dog head right hole my uncle crush his drive and it went into the woods a bit. We walked up to find a knocked out homeless person with the ball laying there. Foot wedged it out and played on.

I was 10 years old. 35 years later I always wondered if he killed him or not.

I wanted to say something funny to this, but I’m too distracted by the dead fish.

  9. How man points under par is a fish, please? 😄

By the rules of golf you can, for no penalty, move the ball back to the original location and hit again

Maybe the fish hit YOU? No one thinks about anyone else these days
