PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C.- Charlotte Women’s Golf returns to action for their second tournament of the season as they will compete in the Golfweek Fall Challenge. This is a three-day, 54 hole tournament held at the Caledonia Golf and Fish Club hosted by Golfweek.

Caledonia Golf and Fish Club is a 18 hole, 71 par, 6,075 yards located at Pawleys Island, S.C. It was first opened in 1994 and designed by Mike Strantz, a well-known course architect. This golf course is described as having “large, creative greens guarded at times by ponds, streams and imposing bunkers.” The course is also known for its visual appearance with 200-year-old oak trees,azaleas, and semiannual flowers. It currently is ranked at number 70 on Golfweek’s Top 100 Course Rankings for 2025.

LAST TIME OUT

Charlotte’s season opener on August 25th was the Tiger Classic where the Niners finished third out of eleven teams (+1). Pinky Chaisilprungruang shot five under in round one while going two under in the second round. This would be enough for her to earn co-champion honors with a score of seven under for the day. Ting Uang was consistent throughout the day, managing to shoot one over in both rounds to finish in sixteenth place. Newcomer Emma Heyman bounced back in round two by shooting one under with three birdies after a tough start to round one where she shot four over par.
