First. You need space. Your butt is way back behind your feet. Get you butt over your feet and feel like your just bending at the waist over the ball.
Second. You flip your hands at the ball and try to lift it. Think more like you’re trying to keep your right elbow in close to your body and hammer down to a spot directly in front of the ball. Hold your wrist angle until after you hit the ball. Find the “turn and burn” drill to get a feel for this and how the club should be set as you come down on the ball.
Third. You need a connected rotation. This could be second, but the same drill fixes both. “Turn and burn” will help you get the feel for using your body to rotate down and through the ball.

A yoga block would probably be easier to carry around than that box.

Box needs to be closer to the ball

This doesn’t look like it’s helping you, looks like it’s hurting you. You are getting jammed by doing this and closing your face. You should angle the box 30 degrees to the right from the spot it is in. This will promote an in to out swing and not cause you to jam your arms inside because you think you’re gunna hit the box and then make you swing out to in.

You are good right up to the top. When you start down you move the club across line which makes you come over the top. When you reach the top, think “point thumbs behind” then go. This is counter intuitive and will take some time to ingrain but stick with it. Doing this will shallow the club into impact. When you get it right you will know. Good luck!

I’d suggest putting the box/swing aid at an angle pointing a few degrees to the right. This should give you a better feeling of the into out path

Take longer before you swing

Be careful with the box, you may hit it.

Get to parallel at the top of your backswing. Using more body turn will help get you there. Stop moving your head (think about it resting against a wall). Your downswing starts with a bit of a chopping motion – use less arms and let your body commence the downswing and let your arms “follow”. Because of this you are coming down with a closed face on the ball. Also – have a full follow through.

You’re scooping the dirt
Looks like dumping arms too fast

All easily correctable.
