Let me help you get an effortless golfswing with speed, distance and accuracy. I call it the circle of speed. A good release will help you to a better impact and longer drives and irons without slice and hook. How to swing a golf club need to be adjusted to your skill level and experience.

ChatGPT cannot teach you how to play golf or hit a good golf shot. Only old fashion hard work can bring improvement in this very tough game.

Long and straight is the goal for everyone but it takes time. Try to focus on one thing not everything when you practise. Impact, face control and swingpath will always be the most important part to drill. We focus too much on rotation but no good golf shot will be executed just by rotating.

I’m naturally right handed but all my tips works for both left handed and right handed golfers playing either way.

We also need to understand that many myths in golf are misleading. Everything that you find on the internet isn’t true. Ben Hogan, Sam Snead are two of the legends that are often misunderstood. To understand golf we need to take it step by step and learn every part of the swing before we move on to the next. It’s like a big jigsaw puzzle that we all can figure out.

A will never call a slice sexy but a high draw is beautiful in a very special way. Some pro’s that hit draw: Rory McIroy, Xander Schauffele, Patrick Reed, Sepp Straka, Bryson Dechambeau and many, many more.

We shall not keep our head still, only start with the hips, look only at the ball or keep the left or right arm straight. Understand what do do with the club and let your body find the best way possible.

This is not Rick Shiels, Saguto golf, Danny Maude, Meandmygolf, the Average Golfer, Malaska, Mark Crossfield, Alex Elliot Golf or Paige Spiranac. This is a method that anyone can learn if you give it a chance.

If you use callaway, ping, titleist, takomo or taylor made clubs doesn’t matter you can learn to hit good golf shots. Your loft or your shaft on the club will not change but you can always get better.

Find what inspires you. Golf basics are the same for everyone. The pga tour, longdrivers or other good golfers can all help you find better golf shots. Watch what they do instead of listed to what they say. Listen mostly to your body and figure out what you need to do to produce the same results as the pros on TV. Be careful when you watch a golf swing in slow motion. The result isn’t always what the golfer is trying to do. Feel and real are seldom the same.

We can find inspiration in a lot of things. You can find training motivation watching movies like Rocky, Tin Cup or Happy Gilmore and find mental inspiration in legends like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Hulk Hogan, Sylvester Stallone or Mike Tyson. Maybe we sometimes need to hear about crazy achievements from people like David Goggins, Jocko Willink, Ct Fletcher, Jim Rohn or Tony Robbins.

Mike Malaska, Mike Austin, Mike Dunaway, Pete Cowen and Steve Pratt are some of my favorite golf instructors online. Find the tips that make your golf better. Decide what you want to hit. I teach a draw but many like a fade and nobody likes a hook or slice.

Your hips or your lag is not the key to golf. Your hands will decide the shot and you can do like Tiger Woods and trust your hands. Teach your hands to hit different shots. Hit big hooks and slices to understand what happens. Only straight is not gonna teach you anything.

Bryson Dechambeu and Kyle Birkshire can inspire you to hit it longer. Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson can give you inspiration and motivation to test new things and new golf shots. Linn Grant, Viktor Hovland and Ludvig Aberg can show you the future of golf.

The Masters, Players Championship, The Players, The Open and US Open can make you love golf even more. See the best in the world solve all the problems we all need to master any golf course. Golf is a craft and you need fantasy, feel and skills to master it.

Hello my friends. It’s time to talk about the whole circle. How important it is to actually complete the circle. I know that many of you, I mean, we’re not more than 20,000, a little more than 20,000, but many people that try my tips end up hooking the ball. And that’s because they are not completing the circle. They’re actually breaking it. And I want you to understand that what happens after impact is also very important because it affects what happened before impact. [Music] I talk about the circle on the trail side of your body. It goes up, down, up. down, up and things happen during the circle. If we go back swing, my arm bends. I also relax and bend my lead arm, but then it straightens and then on the other side it bends again. So, it’s actually when one is extending, the other one is bending. And if I do that correctly, I get that high nice finish and I get a nice draw. But what happens if I break the circle? I actually do a circle to the ball and then I go around. You know what’s going to happen? I’m going to hook it. That is not the same circle. I take the club and I go around on the lead side. I didn’t stay on my trail side. It should go up and land on the shoulder. It should not go around my whole body. Let’s do that again. And I mean, I think that learning golf, learning how to hit a golf shot is it’s almost like a adventure. We try things that work. We try things that don’t work. But you need to try. Failure is a super super teacher. It teaches you just as much as success. We need to just check, okay, I’m not supposed to do that. So again, I need to understand the whole circle is this. It’s still on my trail side and now turn to the target and on the other shoulder. Completing that circle and don’t break it is so important. Let’s hit a draw. I finish a draw. low finish around. I hit it fat, too. So, that’s a really bad golf shot, but it’s still it’s not the whole circle. Completing the circle is even more important when you want to hit up with your driver because the bending hitting up will start with the little scoop. I talk about it all the time. I just want you to completing the circle means that you also think about what happens after impact. We need to be good on both sides. Next time you practice, you can actually feel it. If you just push it forward, you’re going to feel it. Push the club from impact and forward. You are not going to do this. Simple to learn, simple to understand. As long as we don’t forget to complete the whole circle.

  1. Marcus, as you know I've loved you're channel since it's humble beginnings. I shared my cancer story with you, when you were affected. Unfortunately I've now been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer, my original diagnosis was prostate cancer, which has now spread into my bones. I was starting to get extensive pains after Christmas, my body scan confirmed my worst fears. Sadly my day's of playing golf are over. I wish you every success with the channel Marcus, it certainly helped my game immensely.

  2. I’ve hit a harder draw then I wanted to with the circle ⭕️ of speed and thought it was my hands but you have demonstrated what I was doing wrong

    Much appreciated Marcus 👍⛳️👍

  3. Hello again, Marcus. I don’t want to wear out my welcome, but I have another update concerning my recent improvement following your superb instruction. As I originally said, instead of swinging down, I switched to swinging to parallel and then forward. In a very short time, probability of crispy impact went from 55% to about 85%. I still wanted better so I thought more about your “circle” and somehow it occurred to me that I was using a two-stage downswing (swing to neutral then swing forward). At least that was my mindset. Then I decided to try a one-stage downswing (just “trace the circle from the top thru impact”). After about 15 minutes of feeling that in practice swings, I used the one stage circular mindset and swing to hit balls, and my crispy contact is now “at least” 95% and my distance has increased substantially (haven’t yet actually measured) It’s easier, smoother and prevents any stalling at impact. My release and finish seem to just happen naturally. Once again I am absolutely amazed. I am sharing this info with you not to boast, but so that you and fellow golfers might also somehow benefit from my mindset changes and the results. Not only has my ball striking improved but it sure is making golf a lot more fun. Thanks again, and my apologies for the length of my comments. PS my two grandsons (ages 8 and 11) are both year round trophy-winning hockey players but the don’t play golf … yet. Will get them clubs for Christmas and show them your videos. 😄

  4. Good Morning. Your channel helped me shoot my best score yet 84 on a mountain course. Now you and I almost same build . My feet are 4e 12 size. What do you find the most comftable shoe ? We played 36 holes 5 days in a row and rode a cart. Feet were just beat and I wear high end footjoys. Cheers
