  5. I kind of feel like you were feeding her idea about this because she said she felt great and then you complained and then she started complaining and you were both saying that you couldn't focus which is weird because nicotine is actually a neurotropic and improves focus. 🤷

    Could be messing with you cause it’s your first time using it. I wouldn’t wanna be buzzed while I’m lifting. When you’re addicted it just gives you a little dopamine rush, which just amplifies your workout, plus metal or running goes hard.

    That being said, don’t do drugs, not worth it. Lotta dudes ik have hearts that tweak or are spending almost 200 a month.

  7. I workout and bike with multiple pouches every single day 🤷‍♂️if your heart rate gets too jacked or you’re finishing the workout in a sprint you just take em out for a little while! I don’t like squatting or deadlifting really heavy with them in though.

  9. Funny story we were otw to a baseball game and my friend got influenced to take a strong zyn bc the upperclassman were doing it and he threw up on the bus before the game 😂

  10. I take a zyn at the start of every workout I do and I work out 6 days a week. It has no side effects to my workouts. I don’t feel more energized or less motivated. It’s all mental.
