Hey everybody. Today we’re at Gilligans Island Mini Golf in Merles Inlet, South Carolina playing the castaways course. Let us know. Team Alicia, mom, dad, me. You think it’s going to win? Let’s do it. Mom, you’re going to get a crazy bounce. That’s what I’m going to try for. That works. That works. This is dad’s first time playing this course. If you’ve seen mom, Alicia, and I play it, y’all know this is an incredibly hard course, especially the back nine. But I’m going to make it look easy. I love it. I love the confidence. So, y’all are in for a I thought about to lose a ball. Y’all are in for a treat. I’ll try something different. I don’t know what that is. Whatever it was, it did good. That was hit it and hope. I’ll take it. Hit it and hope. Nice. Every hole here is apparently a hard three. I’ll take a two. Move the tree sticks just in case. You didn’t have a lot of choice there. You got to be kidding me, though. Ah. So, did you have a two or a three? I had two. Wow. That was my warm-up hole. That’s what we’ll go with. Not like I won’t argue it. Well, you’re the only two, bud. I’ll take it. That means I’m going first on the next one. Just don’t end up up there and you’re good. It’s a good nature, but I’m going to go light. Okay. Don’t go that white. I don’t know. That’s good though, cuz you didn’t come back this way. At least you’re on that side. Yeah, I see the strategy. I’d say hit it harder, though. Yeah. Yeah. Dad is not prepared for what the back line of this course has. Whichever one’s the big hill onward. I don’t know what number that was. And so everybody knows and for the internet, stroke limit, you try, you have five chances. If you don’t get it in five, you have to just take a six and that’s the end of your day. This is doable. Go first then. This is doable. Go ahead. You haven’t played it yet. Just do it. Yeah. So, you have five or you have stroke limit six. If you can’t get it in five, you default to take a six. Just so everybody knows, everybody’s going to need all the help they can get just in case. So, it’s leaning that way a little. Right. We’re going to let you figure it out. Okay. Cuz you said it was easy or doable. It’s doable. I know it is. But yes, you are correct about it breaking really hard to your right. As long as it sits, you’re good. Wow. Wow. Uh, let’s see if this one’s doable. I’d say so. It’s going to be very random and wavy. Yeah, we can do this. Here’s what we’re doing. Let’s say two in a row. That was great. And just hoping it had enough speed to make it up. Excellent. Very good. Fact even one got a hole in one on any of the holes on this course is great. Like I said earlier, any good holes you can get at the beginning, you’re going to need it for the back nine. Oh no. Wow. Oh my Oh, okay. At least it stopped. Oh, no. I have nothing to say. Is that 10 on the last two hoes? Yep. Yes, that was five, too, wasn’t it? Was that one? It’s either five or six. It was four or five. I think it was five. It wasn’t five. If it was four, it’ll be correct on screen, but we’ll put it as five. Yeah, it was five. I didn’t know whether it was five or six, but I think it was five. Darn it. That makes your hole in one even look better. Yeah, bro. I will take it. That’s a hard shot. It’s all just I thought that was going to rub. I did, too. I was going to try to hold my laugh in. Look at all the little turtles. Oh, where was I wonder if we can get across the highway before a car comes. Look how they both got their necks out the same. I’m going. I’m going. I hope we can get up there in one. It’s a weird curve. I have no idea how to clear that corner. It’s going to hit it hard, too. I guess just ride the wall all the way, but that’s just whether it does it or not. We’ll see. That’s not it. Well, that’s not too bad, though. I don’t know if it’s possible to get up there in one. Maybe it is. But then the hole is like what? 6 in from the edge. Yeah, it’s on the edge. Closer to the edge. 30 Seconds to Mars. They were good back in the day. Sorry if you like them now in my opinion. Yeah, I have no idea. I don’t know. It almost looks like you could almost like see where the line used to not jut out and it would stay straight on the left side or our right side. At least she’s lined up pretty much closest. They’re all basically the same. Will it roll down? He’s still right in line with everybody basically. Mom, you’re closest. You want to go ahead? Okay. One fun game to play when you’re filming by the road is how long does it take for a car to honk at you cuz they see the camera? Surprised it hasn’t happened yet. It happens all the time. After seeing how mom’s curved off. No way. Let’s see how fast this is. I was so nervous. That is very close. Okay. It’s better than rolling down the hill. It is. And the hole is Is it I don’t know if it’s down there behind the rock. Let’s see. Oh, yep. Dead center up against the rock. So, it’s going to have to be a weird bounce no matter what. I’m not going first. Dad, you want to go? No. Mom’s volunteering. Go ahead. Okay. Is he going that way? Yeah, he’s going around. That’s brave. They made it. Same thing. Same place over there with everybody else. Also, I don’t know if there’s anything else that can be done. Look at that chair. I guess you’re technically matter which way you went, it’s still they still ended up basically the same. Yeah. And everything’s leaning back towards the water anyway. That’s a good shot. I think most like most of the holes are going to be getting a really good second shot and just trying to get close. Yeah. Oh, that was close. That was a good shot. Same thing. [Music] Wait. Oh, that was still good. Yeah, that was still a great shot. It’s kind of sass. The fact that it stops. I’ll take it. Another one where I just hope I can get it up there in one. There’s no angle for this. Maybe a little bit harder. That’s hard. Go ahead. And you can definitely tell the holes on a mound. Oh, yeah, it is. So, on top of getting up the hill, you got to do that. Oh, the next hole is one of the hardest mini golf holes we’ve ever played. Ever. You’ll see. Oh, I hit the carpet. Dog on it. I have a feeling we’re all going to be in this area. Oh, well, it’s kind of all or nothing on that. Yep. Hit me. Look at that. He’s like, “How do you one, two, three?” I’ll go ahead. That is on much more of a mound than any of the other hole so far. It’s on much more of a mound than any other. Oh my gosh. I barely Oh wow. I barely touched that. I’m going to go say go ahead. That’s quite incline, I guess, isn’t it? Or decline. Oh lord. Yep. There it goes. Oh my. I’d recommend going ahead. But at least you didn’t roll all the way down. Wow, man. A three is going to be pretty good. I think that was four. One, two, three, four. Even better. Still pretty good. In reality, four is still not bad. Just sit. Well, I got to get in this or I stroke out. Don’t fall backwards. I didn’t stroke out. I got five. Man, I’m kind of nervous. Give me my four. I’m feeling pretty good about that. That’s pretty good. That’s a good layup. You really can’t speak too soon here. I know. That was good. That is a great three. That’s a good thing. I’ve had fours and fives on the last couple, so I’ll take it. You can see how quickly the game can turn. I’m nervous from this That’s good. Nice. This hole is going to be something else. And just because we played this hole so many times and the stroke limit’s six, we’re going to make a rule right now just so everybody’s on the same page and I’ll go first. Okay. You get three chances to make it to the top of the hill cuz if it doesn’t make it to the top, it will roll all the way back out of bounds. Oh yeah. Remember this. If it rolls back out of bounds, you put it back on the mat. Doesn’t count against you. is also just so everybody knows you get three tries on your fourth stroke you can sit it at the bottom of the hill to then putt up because otherwise you’re just going to keep rolling back down. Okay, so three tries doesn’t count out of bounds at the front. Fourth try you can work from the back. Do it in the top of the hill beyond it there’s no man’s land too and if you roll too fast back you’re coming back down the hill. We should probably all play till we get up top and then the next person can go. My guess is to hit this right wall and bounce it hard to the left. I missed where I was aiming for. Well, that’s Uhoh. I think it’s kind of like no matter what you do, it’s just hard to get it to Okay, stay up there. I missed it again. Move. That’s it. Did it stay up? Where is it? You were so close to staying. It was so delayed. You were like, it almost stopped and then it took off. Really? Okay. Well, this is my last chance. And then I go, we’ll say like this is the landing area. Like just right in here, right at the bottom of the hill. Now I can’t aim for where I wanted to aim before. That should be up. Unless it’s in no man’s land, but I’m up there. Okay, that’s what I was going to say. That is ridiculous. So, I’m on stroke four up here. We’re have to try to keep up with everybody’s. So, if the scores get off, just know we tried. That might slow down enough to put That’s what I was aiming for, but it didn’t work. That put you in a good spot at least. And you because it’s so steep, you can pull like two club head lengths out cuz there’s no way you could pull back far enough at just one. Get up there. You’re Oh my gosh, that was fantastic. Did you go in? Yeah. Smack the hole and fell in. Wow. Wow. That’s incredible. That was a two. Yeah. He hit the ground when he That might actually You should be very happy. I’ll take it. That was lucky. I don’t know if this is the world’s hardest mini golf hole, but it’s got to be in the top five that we’ve ever played just for how precise you have to be. You were close. Oh, close. Well, the ball went back on the mat for you. See, like I said, that doesn’t account. You just drop it on the mat. I see you’re thinking. I’m just going to lay it up. Oh, no. Well, I tried. That was your third stroke, so you could put it back up here. Actually, mom stew’s looking better and better. I know, right? I’m lucky. Timmy. Uhoh. Sit. There we go. Oh, yours is unlucky. I know. I said I was just pure luck. That’s crazy. And dead still has a chance to get a two still. Still even a three. So, I believe I’m on four and Alicia, you’re on five. I wasn’t risking one back down the hill. Please. Well, I got a six. Hey, mom’s two really looks good. Yeah, I needed it cuz I already got like fours and fives. This one alone might make a big difference. Might help a little bit. Hey, you both got a six. And mom, you definitely have the best shot on the last one. So, you get to go ahead. Okay, this is doable. One of the easiest holes for sure. Hit right here and it’s going to go right in. They’re giving you a break after the last couple. For real. Just roll roll up. Wrong direction. Not one direction. Wrong direction. That might break. A definitely lean to the right. A little harder. going to try to hug the wall. Never mind. That is set to launch the ball. I just I was going to say I thought about doing that, but the carpet’s lifted. Just kidding. No, it’s going hard, right? All right, we saw what you said to do. Prove it. Prove it to us. Let’s see it. Okay, that’s on a hill. I’m calling. Okay. That might Wow. I honestly think if you hit it a little easier that it’ll it’ll curve it around. That’s what I was trying to do. If it bounces, actually, I might be uh Let’s see if it can bounce right if it catch the hill again. Yeah. Right into the Don’t come up. Oh, that was that’s still a good shot. I’ll take it. I was trying to bounce it off of it. make it come this way. I think the play is to go a little bit lighter and try to not hit the wall cuz it absorbs it so much. Look at that. When I saw it heading towards these rocks, I thought it was going to make it up this hill cuz that is really steep. Holy cow. It’s back on. That was my plan. I hope the camera saw all that. We thought we were going to get hit. I was about to run. I was I was truly trying to do that. Okay, you did. I respect it. Is there a Chick-fil-A here? KFC. I hit the carpet. Smells like a man down in the little hole. I should have stayed in the car. There’s a waterfall right behind me. going anywhere. I was already I was already going to say that is probably not supposed to do that. You can pull yours out and let it roll down here cuz you will not be able to hit it out of that. You don’t think it’s supposed to be? Yeah, I think that’s supposed to be flat. It’s probably just sunk over time. So, you can let yours roll down, too. That one kind of gets you. Okay. A That’s pretty good though. Come on up. Yeah. Yeah, you just like lighter ball to the bottom and then wherever it ends up, that’s what you’ll hit. Probably against the wall. Then it goes in that little hole. Okay. That’s about what mine did. Don’t hit it until we’re making it up as we go. Get up the hill. You’re safe. Wow, that’s leaning, too. That’s Give it sense. That’s still really good. Whoa, that’s a great finish, too. That was great. Is that a three? Yeah. Wow. That’s really good. Up close and personal with this rock. That was great. That was two, wasn’t it? I’ll take that. Yeah. Wow. Okay, that was good. had the most scores I’ve ever I’ve ever done. That was a journey. That was like for the scores. If they’re correct, we have mom was 60, Elicia was 55. Oh, I had 53. Dad, you had 50. Wow. Good job. Yeah, you got a little hard. Good job. Yeah, you had a really good game.
