Pharos Parenting will hold its 6th annual charity golf tournament, FORE! Child Abuse Prevention, on Monday, October 20, at the Trump National Golf Club Charlotte in Mooresville.
Proceeds from the tournament will directly benefit Pharos Parenting’s programs, which provide targeted education, resources, and one-on-one support to families at no cost. By participating, players and sponsors are helping to create brighter, safer futures for children in Iredell County and the surrounding areas.
The tournament features foursomes playing in a Captain’s Choice format with a shotgun start. All golfers will receive a lunch on their golfcart as well as a meal during a reception after the tournament. Participants are welcome to enjoy a wide selection of raffles as well as on-course games that can help their team’s score.
Pharos Parenting is looking for sponsors for this year’s event! Sponsorship packages begin at $250. Any individual or organization that is interested in sponsorship can email nate@pharosparenting.org.
“This is our marquee fundraiser for the year, and we are so thankful for the support we have received at this tournament for the past five years,” said Nate Saunders, communications director for Pharos Parenting. “Many of our participants come back year after year because not only are they supporting a great local cause, but for the rare opportunity to play a round of golf at Trump National Charlotte.”
