Foley, Ala. — (OBA) — The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation is bringing back its popular
Golf FORE! Education Tournament for the fifth year. The annual event raises money to support local schools and student programs across Baldwin County. King & King Attorneys at Law is serving as this year’s presenting sponsor, continuing its strong support of education. Organizers say the tournament offers a chance for community members to give back while enjoying a day on the course.
The tournament will take place on Friday, October 3, at GlenLakes Golf Club in Foley. The day begins with a grab-and-go breakfast before an 8:00 AM shotgun start. The two-man scramble format pairs two-person teams together, encouraging networking and friendly competition for golfers of all skill levels.
Players can expect games and contests throughout the course, plus a silent auction running alongside the tournament. Lunch at The Pub at GlenLakes and an awards celebration will close out the day’s activities. Each registration also includes two complimentary drinks per player. Team entry costs $600 for four players or $300 for a two-person team.
The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation is the largest education enrichment organization in Baldwin County, supporting fourteen schools, including public, private, and a virtual school. Its programs aim to enhance student success and expand educational opportunities across the community.
