Aug. 27: One-Man Scramble
The Graeagle Men’s Golf Association One-Man Scramble took place Aug. 27. Players teed off from the forward tees and had two mulligans per hole, nonconsecutive. Final net scores produced the following winners:
First place, tie: Jim Oster, 64; Paul Senft, 64
Third place: Don Judson, 65
Fourth place: Dan Friedman, 66
Fifth place, three-way tie: Grant Mayfield, 67; Jeff McKenzie, 67; Ron Eaton, 67
Sixth place: Gene Carr, 68

Aug. 29: Friday Playday
Eighteen Graeagle Men’s Golf Association players took part in the Friday Playday Aug. 29. The warm and partly cloudy day featured a game playing both balls on 3s and 5s, with par 4s split between both players. Skins were also tallied. The winners came in as follows:
First place: Jim Oster and Tony Gonzales, 103
Second place: Jeff McKenzie and Grant Mayfield, 104
Third place: Dan Anderson and Dan Friedman, 107
Seven skins were picked up by the following players:
