[Music] you you guys ready for this one the Amazon exclusive Target Dimitri Vandenberg darts review begins right [Music] now okay guys here we go it is darts review time I’ve got an Incredible video planned for you today on a set of target darts that you can only find exclusively on Amazon so for those of you players out there that weren’t aware Target sells quite a few darts a lot of pro players darts as well as some other generic darts that you can only find on Amazon and the best part is for the last couple of weeks they’ve been discounted heavily so that fits within the main theme of this channel where great darts don’t have to cost a lot of money these darts certainly live up to that so in today’s review I’ll be taking a close-up look at the Dream Maker Demitri Vandenberg darts again only sold exclusively on Amazon so absolutely amazing deal wait to see all the accessories that it comes with with I’m going to put up a screenshot right here look at that guys $26 and if you look down below they come in 22 23 and 24 Gams and yes of course I went with the lightest version available at 22 grams and yeah I just cannot wait to share this set with you now a lot of you overseas players you might be wondering why do I keep going on and on about awesome deals that I find well here in the United States we’ve been getting price gouged for probably the last 30 plus years if you walk into any dart shop here in the United States looking for a set of darts that are equally as nice as this set expect to pay 5060 $70 or more so when I find a set of darts this nice here in the United States for $26 I just want to tell as many people as I can and again wait until you see these things I think it’s a phenomenal deal here and uh yeah let’s get into it can’t wait to share these with you the target Amazon exclusive Dimitri Vandenberg review let’s get into it here we go okay guys let me show you everything that’s included here and as you see a ton of accessories though right for 25 bucks starting with a packaging which is nice and compact here on the back just shows you everything that’s included so that’s the packaging inside we’ve got a Target wallet we even had look at this little Target Point protector with the Target logo on there we have one month free to the Target Dart counter there’s a code on the back which I can’t show you but yeah one month free to theart Dart counter and look at this you get right what’s this probably about $8 to $10 worth of stems and flights so you get three sets of these short Target prog grip stems you get three sets of the Demitri Vandenberg flights I mean come on that’s a great deal isn’t it and here are the barrels check these things out right nice classic straight Barrel design tapered nose cone up front black points again with these short Target prog grip stems 33 12 mm not including the threads and there are the target Dream Maker flights on the back end so yeah just an awesome deal here guys cannot believe this set of darts $25 for everything you get that’s an awesome deal but let’s go into the next clip and hit you with all these stats and dimensions okay guys here we go let’s get underway with some rotating stats and dimensions we’re going to blast through this just as quick as we can starting with the points these come with a set of black coated points they stick out of the barrel 26 mm in total now as far as the barrels go they are 80% tungsten the barrel length coming in rather long at 54.1 MM and with these being a straight Barrel Dart the maximum width is 6.5 millim wide now I did unscrew the stamina I checked out the drill depth and they drilled out rather shallow at 10.8 millim deep in the back end now as far as a match weight goes I got kind of excited here for a second I put the first two barrels on the scale they came in spot-on as advertised 22.0 G I put the third Barrel on the scale 22.12 G so a little disappointed there I’d like to see it within 1/10th of a gram so it was slightly outside of that weight Zone but again not that big of a deal it’s something you’re never going to notice but uh let’s go into the next clip and tell you all about the grip okay guys let me give you a quick grip level check here on this barrel and I think you can tell by looking at it yeah it offers quite a bit of grip up front we’ve got this I guess mild shark grip and uh man if you gave it a little squeeze look at that it definitely digs into your fingertips so yeah quite a bit of grip up front although it’s not too aggressive but it’s definitely a little bit more grip than normal and then on the back we’ve got these very thin sharp multi rings and look at this we got this little section of three razor grip or sharp grip right there and um back end equally as grippy as the front so I’m going to go ahead and say grip level 3.4 on a scale of 1 to five so lots of grip there we do have that smooth section in the middle so that’s it’s going to rule pretty much rule out middle grippers but if you’re a front gripper or a rear gripper you are good to go now check this out I haven’t thrown these darts yet this is a pretty long barrel right I’m not sure how it’s going to work with short stems there’s a chance I’ll use the stock setup or there’s a chance I’ll use these intermediate Target K Flex so again haven’t thrown these things yet but I’m going to go warm up we’ll get these things on the board and see how they fly again we’re going to find out which setup I’m going to use here we go okay okay guys so hey just had a bit of a warmup with these darts they’re throwing just about as you would expect them to throw no issues whatsoever you know it’s a straight Barrel Dart plenty of grip the only thing I did have to get used to is just the 54.1 mm long barrels but even that didn’t really caused me much of an issue and you see there we’ve got the target klex intermediate I tried throwing with a stock setup I’m not a fan of short stem so those will just go over there for now but here’s what we’re going to do today we’re going to switch things up something a little bit different kind of anyway there’s the checkout we’re going to do 82 five times in a row we’ll see how many times I can hit it so looks like I’ll be throwing at the bullseye a little bit here might go trouble 14 for the last attempt we’ll see Good Start well the first start was good wasn’t it might pull a 0 for five here we’ll see no but yeah the darts are flying good my grip is I’m actually doing a rear grip today I’m right behind the Target logo kind of on the back end of the barrel so seems to be working well at least 57 don’t miss the big number hey we got one all right I was a little worried I wouldn’t get any of these so we’ll take the one can we do two on the Trot so yeah let me know down in the comments section 82 remaining what do you guys tend to throw at some people I know throw at the trouble 14 first start but yeah I don’t know if it works it works I guess right we’ll try it trouble 14 what’s that leave 68 don’t miss the big number yikes I did get a dart at a double so one for three all right back of the bow yeah the grip though front gripper or a rear gripper like me yeah plenty of grip on this Barrel but it’s not it’s not Overkill it’s not like super aggressive but just enough I think I like that level three type grip that get in there yeah 17 don’t miss the big number there oh pulled it just a bit left one for four let’s make this one good uhoh so now we go bll TOPS oh a little bit low one for five today oh well I got a a bunch of darts at a double right I think I got a dart at a double every turn there didn’t I yeah so hey we’ll take it I guess one for five not my best effort but still a great set of darts very easy to throw as well hardly any adjustment period it’s just you know you pick them up you throw them for a few turns and you’re already used to them so again great set of darts but let’s go into the next clip got a nice little 180 actually it a 140 followed by a 180 then we’ll do a quick wrap up let’s get out of here come on good deflection I don’t think that’s it that one’s in oh and look at that nice stacker Dart so that just goes to show you can stack 6.5 mm wide darts with relatively short points so that’s going to do it for the video guys hope you enjoyed the close-up look and review of the target Dream comes the time of the video where I give these recommendation on how well I think they’re going to work for a recreational Dart player now check this out we’re going to kind of look at this at two different ways if you had to pay the regular price $40 they wouldn’t get that great of a score simply because you know these are 54.1 mm long so that’s going to be a long barrel for quite a few players but otherwise I mean it’s a great set of darts just a little bit too long so at regular price I would give these a recommendation of like 6 7 out of 10 however if you can pick these darts up as well as any of the other darts on sale well that changes things just a little bit so in that case I would give these a recommendation of 8.5 out of 10 I think that’s a great set at a great price so
