The Altoona Area High School boys golf team improved to 2-1 with a 322-339 win over Central on Wednesday at Park Hills Golf Course.
Adam Kanouff earned medalist honors with a 74 for Altoona. Central (10-8) got a 77 from Ben Hartman.

LORETTO — The Portage boys golf team fell to Shanksville-Stonycreek, 257-276, at Immergrun Golf Course.
Shanksville’s Grant Boozer was the medalist with a 47. Konner Zock and Britton Myher each shot a 50 for Portage.

HOLLIDAYSBURG — The Hollidaysburg girls golf team picked up four wins at Scotch Valley Country Club.
Crosby Denis shot a 38 to lead the Lady Tigers, who finished at 126. Clearfield was second (159), followed by Bedford (180), Bald Eagle Area (183) and Bellefonte (189).
Maliah Malausky (43) and Laila Panaro (45) rounded out the scoring.
