Ever played golf at Wingpointe in SLC Utah….. wow…..

Runways look pretty far away, but I could find it.

There’s a course in St. Louis right next to one of our private airports like this and it’s very fun watching the various types of aircraft take off and land over the course of a round.

‘Don’t worry if you slice is bro. What’s the worst that can happen?’ – my mate just before I accidently down a 747 into an orphanage, killing hundreds of innocent l people and landing me on death row….probally.

  5. Insurance companies hate this one golfer (me).

My dream of hitting an airplane with my driver exists

Idk if anyone here has played Skylinks in Long Beach CA. But hole 5 always has a chance of hitting a sesna that’s coming in a little to low

  8. Challenge accepted. I’ve skipped one across traffic in both directions of a freeway, I’m sure I could put one on a runway.

I’d be completely fine, I recently just fixed my bad push slice.

My new pull hook only goes 30 ft above the ground

No but I’ll be out there dodging planes looking for my ball and finding a dozen new titleists instead

I would play with a putter and still hit a plane :/

Do I still have to play it as it lies after I slice it onto the runway?

  13. I just shanked a golf ball into that jet engine

  14. Easy…..just aim for the turbine of the 747….miss by a mile.

I can’t think of a single reason to do this. It’s just a horrible idea all the way around.

I’ve played on Mackinaw Island in Michigan and there is actually a good chance you could hook a ball into a plane on the back nine.

Reminds me of Bali Hai in Vegas right across the street from Mccarren. Fantastic course if you don’t mind loud ass jets blasting by every two minutes.

  18. Common occurrence at the navy base course near me

Cart path king. I’m going 500+

Would make a little prop plane having an engine-out landing on the fairway a little bit more of a head-scratcher

  21. Dicklefart

I hope someone got a short put blown in by a jet at some point

I swear I have a memory of playing a (par 3?) course that was on the infield of a horse racetrack somewhere in Southern California. Would have been mid-‘80s.
