Uh JJ, I was looking through your iron specs after the win and I I saw they’re not exactly off the rack. Is that something you like to dive into or is that something you just kind of leave it to your team at Shrixon to handle for you? Yeah, it’s it’s definitely something that I’ve uh been kind of a standard I’ve been playing for the last whatever almost eight nine years with them. Um, I don’t have, you know, an incrementally, you know, sound, I guess, progression and lies and stuff and loss. It’s just kind of been I like to tweak it to how where I feel like it needs to be to help me hit what I want with that club. And, uh, it’s just been, yeah, something that the team at Stricks is, you know, just kind of kept very consistent and, you know, we haven’t changed anything really at all. And then obviously the the lab putter is new this year. Uh, how did you get into that putter and what what do you like? so much about it. Obviously, you’re the first person to win a major with a zero torque design. Oh, yeah. That’s cool. Um, yeah, I got I got one of those. I’ve always been interested in it. Um, but I’ve I’ve never really wanted to stray away from a traditional, you know, blade putter because I’m so feel. I like to feel um, you know, the toe flow. I like to maybe push the putt a little more right to on a right to lefter and pull it maybe on a left to righter to kind of air on the higher side. And so um you know I didn’t have a great putting year statistically and I’m not statistically a overall great putter. I’m I’m pretty hot and cold I would say, but um I got it last off season uh and then tinkered with it and you know had enough time you know five six weeks at home to play with it and get comfortable comfortable with it and see what my tendencies were with it and uh I felt really good with it so I put it in play and the first week was the Sony Open with it and you know I almost won there with it and uh I’ve just been putting a lot more consistently with that putter and you know it’s obviously proven itself you know this season. Does anyone believe that tour players play off the rack clubs? Look the same but aren't the same
