Been playing for 8 months, had to take two weeks off because of a back injury from golfing every day for 3 weeks (and probably from improper form)😅 any advice?

Looks good to my very much untrained eye. Just keep golfing and have fun man. Swing your swing.

U aren’t rotating around your chest enough in backswing, so your shoulders don’t get full turn. Also, it looks like u aren’t getting to your right foot during backswing, but weight distribution is equal in both foot

  3. I’d like to suggest you hinge your wrist to balance out your arms and to keep the clinch higher to allow your forward swing path.

  4. You are very steep and out to in due to that fact

Looking great for only 8 months!
Whenever you take a break to rest your back that’s always a good time to work on short game. Then spend a week or two hitting 20-60 yard pitches with your wedges. That can help a lot with your tempo, and impact position. It can also help you figure out how to get steeper or shallow out your swing which can pay dividends when you return to working on your full swing.

Find something you can do, that works, is repeatable, and do it consistently. Three-quarter driver swing, fairway finder, 20-yard fade, 15-yard draw. Something that will ALWAYS work and play off of that. Also spend 70-80% of your practice chipping and putting 👍
