Had an old storage room that served as 10% useful storage and 90% collecting useless junk so I decided to build a sim instead! Keeping the cost low was a must, but I found that I was able to put together a halfway decent sim room for much less money than what I initially thought I'd need to spend.

I bought pretty much everything from either FB Marketplace or Amazon.
All in all, for an approximate total of $2000 I'm pretty happy with the setup! I'll be attaching an itemized list here in the comments where I'll put links to the Amazon purchases!

Nice! What’s the height of your ceiling joists? I have a similar room in my basement
Dang in my opinion you should’ve spent less on the sim but more on the launch monitor. I have a really easy setup so it’s not really a comparison but I bought a mlm2 pro for 600usd and 1100 in total after lifetime membership. I bought a used range mat for 50usd, the net for 100usd and got an old tv for 15usd which I connect my laptop to. I’m also debating whether to get an impact screen and projector. But I’ve heard people say really great stuff about one impact screen from temu that’s only about 150.
