Charlie, the son of “Golf Emperor” Tiger Woods (USA), scored a hole-in-one at the TPC Sawgrass, where the PGA Tour Players Championship will be held.
Charlie shot an even par 72 in the final third round of the Junior Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida on the 1st (Korea time). Charlie, who had a combined seven-over 223, tied for 31st.
The hole-in-one came from the par-3 third hole. The ball, which swung confidently from 186 yards, disappeared alone. Charlie, who heard about the hole-in-one at the Teaming Ground, gave in as he and his companions met each other’s palms. Charlie took the ball out after getting on the green and shouted ‘Wow’ and enjoyed the joy once again. Charlie said, “I hit it aiming at the center of the green, and it led to a hole-in-one.”
