Uh the name escapes me right now, as do most Thai names. But uh like we got a couple I got a couple hours drive here. I’m going to meet him down the road here in uh about 15 minutes and um then we’re going to carpool down. Uh probably another couple hours on the road. uh play this wonderful course. I guess there’s a big dam there. It’s supposed to be pretty nice. So, we’re going to check it out and then I’m going to turn around, come back home. Hopefully, I’m home by like 4:00 this afternoon. Anyway, I just want to update you guys on what I’m doing. Uh it’s going to be a it’s going to be a good day. The weather looks okay and I hope your day is blessed. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Anyway, we’re here. We’re going to go play some golf. We thought we’d get a quick view of the of the dam. Got hydroelect electric here. That’s a good size lake. Very nice. Yeah, they got a restaurant up here. This a national park here. Very beautiful. Very beautiful. Welcome players. We are here at Ubul Ratana Dolf Course and it’s a beautiful day. We were actually considering not coming today because of the weather, but uh we’re glad we showed up. 1,160 bot for the whole shebang. 18 holes, cart caddy, not counting tip. So, this my first time here. I’m going to check it out. See how it uh how it plays, how it looks. Uh hopefully I I can break a 100. My goal is 89 today, but we’ll see how that goes. Wish me luck. Hit a start on that first hole. And we off good on the second hole. Lost my second my second shot went in the trees here down the car path, but I didn’t ever uh couldn’t find it, so I had to take a drop. That’s me over here, right? Oh. I thought I compensated for it, but not so much. Okay, so Robert’s buying the first round of drinks. It’s a very beautiful course, though. It’s really a beautiful drive coming here. If you go the back way, it’s about 10 minutes shorter than the main roads. And, you know, you go through a lot of uh farmland and fields and forest. There’s a couple of rubber tree farms. That’s really, really nice. Nice drive. Uh-oh. Going that way. Looks like I’m going to need my driver. Guess we’re taking a hike. We got somebody collecting snails. Now I’ve made 78. I can’t go wrong with this place. Beautiful, beautiful course. Um I’ll be back here a week after next in uh Kon uh with Chucky and the gang, but we’ll be playing over at Singha. So I’m excited to play Singha. I’ve not played there yet. Uh looks like we play be playing there two days. So I’m looking forward to that. You got your ice cream, Robert? Okay. Got to keep the kids happy. Had a good day out golfing with uh Robert today or Bob. I asked him, I said, because he signs his emails, Bob, he’s old school. He does emails. doesn’t uh text or use the line app or anything, but uh I asked him straight up said, “Do you like be called Robert or Bob?” And he just looked at me and went ahead and made his golf shot. He didn’t he didn’t say one or the other. So, I guess it don’t matter to him, you know, call him fat bastard. I don’t know. So, if I say fat bastard here, I half the head’s a turn. So anyway, um I didn’t break 90 today, but I did break 100. So I mean that’s a tough course over there. So um I feel good about what I shot. And uh next time I think I’ll do better. Well, I’m here at Central and they got these Nissan here. They got this really nice Nissan Navara. Don’t be confused. This is the stock factory two wheel drive. This one’s a little more This one’s a little more expensive. It’s the what is it? The Pro 4×4, the sport model. It’s got the nice seats, power. It’s a four-wheel drive, obviously. It’s pretty clean, huh? I don’t know. You know, personally, black’s not my color in automobiles, but uh to each his own. Oh, look at you. Put luggage in the back. It’s got that nice roll top on it.
