You could probably run 4k but I would probably want a 4070 or above personally.
You can look on their site and it’ll show you minimum requirements. Which I always recommend going over
just found the listing and checked, it’s an i7 4th gen which means it’s over a decade old. this is just a VERY old office pc that someone threw a half decent gpu in to make it more appealing. I would avoid it.
Storage is little weak, but looks like the specs are in line with what I use and gspro is smooth for me. Here’s my specs

Do not buy this PC. That CPU is garbage and cannot be upgraded to anything modern.
Invest in yourself and look to spend $700 at least to get a decent rig that you wint have to worry about.
