I almost feel bad for you… almost

  3. 1for3two4five

You waitin for him to mark that or what

  4. outsideofaustin

I’d rather play there than go to work today!

  5. Bourbon_Hymns

How many Browns In Regulation did you card?

  6. BigDogAlphaRedditor1

Just my opinion but I’ve always said if the greens suck really really bad like this then it’s not really golf.

I played a course that brown and paid $45. Lost 6 balls that landed in the fairway cause they would keep rolling like they were on a pool table .

Funny how you pretend that this is in any way a form of golf…

  9. liquidtape

Pretentious as fuck comments. Any chance to hit a ball at a flag is a welcome chance.

The course is fine. You need new clubs.

Once I’m on the “green” I’m picking my ball up and moving on.

I know I need to work on my putting more than just about anything but I kind of like the idea of a dirt-cheap (lol) course that’s the opposite of a pitch-and-putt. Call it a drive-and-chip and landing on the “green” counts as finishing the hole.

Reminds me of the course I played as a kid, although we had a little more green on our browns.

I think I would just play without my putter. That doesn’t sound so bad

Isn’t that the sight for the Bryan Bros and Grant’s next “Making the Cut” video?

  16. Clamps55555

Tbf it looks like the playing fields I used to hit my golf balls on as a kid.

throwback greens, like how golf was originally meant to be played

Don’t forget to fix your divots

Paid $12 to walk nine holes on a nearby dog track that is in the process of rehabbing its greens, so every hole had a makeshift green about 10′ in diameter.  Chipping and putting was a damn nightmare, but $12 so whatever.

Damn right. Any time there’s 5,000 free yards to work on the game is good in my book. Said by someone who paid $40 yday to play something not far off from the photo…

I thought the course on Lost was rough. Damn.
