AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn junior Anna Davis has been named a preseason All-American by both Golf Channel and Golfweek. Golfweek named Davis a first-team All-American, while Golf Channel featured her on its second team. This marks Davis’ second consecutive preseason All-America honor from both outlets, as she was on the first team for each prior to last season.
During the 2024-25 campaign, Davis earned first-team All-SEC honors after posting a 70.81 scoring average over 12 events, the lowest single-season scoring average in program history. The Spring Valley, California, native won the Charles Schwab Women’s Collegiate Invitational with a program-record 54-hole score of 201 (-9), highlighted by a final-round 64 at Colonial Golf Club. She also claimed an individual victory at the Illini Invitational at Medinah after carding a 203 (-13).
Davis earned the opportunity to compete in the 2025 NCAA Championship as an individual through her performance at the NCAA Gold Canyon Regional. After the season, she was named a second-team All-American by both the WGCA and Golfweek.
Both Golf Channel and Golfweek also released their preseason rankings this week. Golf Channel ranked Auburn No. 15 nationally, while Golfweek placed the Tigers at No. 19.
