Kapil Dev who was known for his swing bowling bamboozled Inzamam with his Magical Swing Bowling. Young Inzamam could not play the experienced Kapil Dev and eventually got out Leg Before Wicket. #cricket #kapildev #inzamam

The great couple Deev was a master of swing bowling. He bowled a wide outswing delivery first up to Inzamom who did not bother to play it. In the following over couple day of bold a terrific inswinger that trapped Inzamom plum in front of the stumps.

  1. Kapildev was an outstanding fielder.coming at 6down in middle order he use to make runs fast.on maximum times he did not had proper support of bowling from the other end and he bowled on dead Indian pitches.he took 200wickets within 50test matches only… just after which he slowed down due to knee injury.he was truly a match winner

  2. Great bowling allrounder and beautiful attack batsman.
I enjoyed the allrounders of the 80s and comparing Botham, Imran and Hadlee.

  3. I do recall this. It was a great delivery by Kapil Dev. On seeing Inzi's dismissal I thought kya chomu batsman hain yaar. Batting aati nahi aur aa gaya khelne. Little did I know later in the 1992 WC tournament that he played a solid part in Pakistan's WC win (especially against NZ in semis).

  4. Kapil Dev was a great bowler and also a great Batman He was a perfect all rounder Imran Niazi was neither a good bowler nor a good batsmen He called himself all rounder but was not

  5. Out, out, out, then the one that nips back in. Inzamam was bamboozled by the great Kapil Sir. David Shepherd raised his finger so quickly on that lbw appeal. I want to know from my friends here- What would have been the outcome had it been reviewed if DRS was used in those days
