Tyler, The Creator is officially bringing Golf Wang to Australia. The artist and multi-hyphenate creative has announced the opening of his fourth Golf Wang flagship store, landing in Sydney’s Darlinghurst this week.
Set to open its doors tomorrow, August 29 at 11am, the store will be located at 58 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, NSW, on Gadigal Land — marking the brand’s first-ever permanent location in Australia.
Founded in 2011, Golf Wang is more than just a clothing label – it’s a creative extension of Tyler’s world. What began as a graphic-heavy, hyper-colourful offshoot of the Odd Future collective has since evolved into a fully fledged streetwear brand, best known for its playful aesthetic and surreal campaigns
After establishing permanent flagships in Los Angeles, New York, and London, the Sydney space is the brand’s latest expansion — and a major moment for local fans who’ve long followed the label from afar. While no further details have been released about the store’s interior design or opening collection, if past flagships are anything to go by, expect something immersive, unexpected, and very Tyler.
