Fairly new to golf (started couple of years ago) but Ben having some lessons and had got an ok swing together where I could hit the ball fairly straight and in the air.
But seem to have completely lost my swing now and shanking/ duffing literally every shot. Am not sure what exactly the issue is (though realise there may be many) but any advice on things to work on would be massively appreciated.
Not sure if hands are going too far out, or early extension, or both or a lot of things.

Your hands are going to ofar away from their original position at setup, causing a hosel shank. This video should help you visualize it. https://youtu.be/ikgmudOjz-s?si=C1BUEdtfMU_98TOt also, proper footwear goes a long way in feeling stable in the golf swing
Hips are early extension and getting too close to the ball.
Begging for a hosel
Anytime I lose my swing like this, I kinda of reset myself.
First thing I do is look at my set-up/alignment and grip. If that checks out then I start hitting chips. Only chips. Hit like 100 of them. Then hit pitches. Only pitches. Hit like 100 of them. Then hit half shots with a short iron . Only half shots. Then 3/4 shots, same club. Hit a fuck ton of 3/4 shots focusing on smooth transition and impact. Finally, try out some full swings. I can almost guarantee you won’t be hitting those chili peppers down the line.
