  2. People diss on a lot of the o-lifting type movements for hypertrophy and I get it but I swear up and down that power cleans developed my back a lot.
    Inverted rows and upright rows also do not get a lot of love but are great in my opinion.

  4. Try doing to cable pullovers seated on an inclined bench. IDK what it is about this movement but I cannot find something that makes me feel my lats as much as this it just hits

  5. You can build up to 45 plate for 10-12 reps overtime pull-ups is S Tier in my opinion. Just got done with a bulk so I can only do 3*8 controlled but imma build up to a plate after a few years. Watch alpha destiny that guys underrated his physique is amazing and he’ll about pull-ups there. He just recently gained hella followers. Pull-ups S Tier>>> Pulldowns

  6. if we are talking both strength and hypertrophy (which we are) then pullups are S+++, they build true strength unlike pulldowns
