Camera angle is a little off as it’s not fully face on but I would say the trail hand is not in a great position. Need to get it more on top so that the lead thumb is connected with the lifeline of the trail hand. Gets the hands working together to control the face. Whether or not this is the cause of the fade is a whole other thing.
Generally, the more under (strong) the trail hand is, the more the face wants to turn over through impact.
It’s possible that she’s compensating for this by holding the face off in order to stop a snap hook, causing a fade but without video it’s hard to tell.
The one consistency with grips among tour pros is that their trail hand is never under like it is in your picture. Even someone with a super strong grip like Aldrich Poltgeiter has the lifeline covering the lead thumb.

Her bottom thumb should be on the other side of the grip, and the grip should be in the fingers more, with no gaps, like this
Right hand needs to be in a stronger position. Get the V between the thumb and pointer finger aimed at the left shoulder at address.

Is this at address or just showing the grip? People are pointing out some good grip adjustments already, but the forearms indicate some work needed there too in setup posture.

I would try going stronger with the lead hand such that the Vs of both hands point to her trail shoulder. also be sure the grip is in the base of the fingers, not the palm or too far up in the fingers. I know she has had lessons, lots of pros are so bad about addressing grip and set up – they basically see a technically correct grip and as long as it looks ok they don’t try to change it. Have her try some different positions. That said there’s a bunch of other reasons for weak spinny fades.

You mention grip and driver, if she hits her irons with that grip good then the driver probably has another issue.
For years I always made compensations for driver, like stronger grip (just for drives) but it was another issue causing it.
I have a strong grip, always have, and I’m a scratch golfer. Work on tempo, timing, alignment of the feet, hips and shoulders and it’ll all work out i’m sure. Swing your swing.
Edit: Oh and good balance. Spinny fade might mean the weight is ending too much on the back foot (I call it a baseball swing). A strong grip like what you’ve shown will usually result in a miss towards your body (right for a right handed golfer). But the things I mentioned will help. I kept my grip out of habit and comfort. It works for me.

I had a great grip, a good swing but I was coming back too far inside. So I had a hook. Simple fix was to change my takeaway to be a bit more straight back. I changed nothing else and now I’m back playing to my best. 14/14 fairways for 3 rounds in a row. My GIR stat cannot be admitted but let’s say I know what I have to improve!

Its hard to tell from just this picture but it looks like she’s gripping it in her palm instead of with her fingers on her right hand. On her left hand she needs to move it over just slightly to cover her right thumb, put the thumb in that little pocket and cover it up. I’m pretty new to golf myself and recently had some grip issues that I fixed and my drives and have gotten much better

My favorite grip videos are by Porzak https://youtu.be/ZfnqWXO0Ke0?si=beuuEZHZQ2JKLTjS and Dan Grieves https://youtu.be/tGsfaHzZ_4Y?si=LoQ17PYvshYC-PZJ.
