You might be someone who would benefit from understanding the proper position at impact and working back from there

It’s tough to tell without being able to watch in slow motion but it looks like you’re spinning out of your shot, rotating your torso and legs too quickly and your hands can’t catch up.
You need to start bringing the club down before you rotate.
My general rule of thumb with my swing is that if I miss right I’m rotating early. If i miss left I’m too late on my rotation.

General tip. You are swinging very fast, fast back and very quick at the top. Slow things down a bit when applying the other tips people post. Even do half swings.

Imo you are mentally focusing on simply hitting the ball and all of your poor mechanics stem from this.
Try and focus on making a full swing, with the golf ball just happening to be in the way. Hard to convey in a Reddit post but hopefully makes some semblance of sense.

Hit a few balls where you make sure the toe beats the heel to the ball.
Then keep doing that but don’t let the ball go left of it starts way left.
You’ve got a lagging face and trying to swing out. That’s the deadly combo for shanks.
That’s why you were missing right first. It’s gone too far.
Your face is open, which is the right ball, and the heel is aligned in front of the sweet spot when that happens.
If you do that and swing from the inside or try to, try to hold lag etc etc you’ll have shanks often.

Slow down a little. Your hands are much closer to the ball at impact than at address, that’s why you’re shanking

SLOW DOWN.
If you can’t hit the club face at 50% then you’re unlikely to hit it at whatever this is.
Try the quarter to quarter swing, halfway to halfway then some sort of full swing to full swing.
1-2-3-1 type of tempo may help too.. but yeah you’re super duper fast in transition and have absolutely no control over the club face

You’re pulling back too deep causing your body to fall off line with the ball and also turning the club face way too open on the takeaway up to the top before the downswing. It’s throwing you off and then you seem to be trying to brute force your way back to center which isn’t closing down the face in time which is almost certainly what is giving you those glancing blows. Also your full body twist on the downswing makes it look like you’re trying to mimic the scheffler shuffle which is probably only accentuating the problem.
Keep your chest square to the ball and take a few rigid 3/4 swings and let the club come down wide and on its own, only put the arm power into it once it’s past the half swing point on the downswing.
Also note how open your club face is on the way up during the takeaway, It should still be pointed at the ground as you get to about the half swing point and it was definitely facing the right field on the replay, even if it means stopping at the half swing point a few times to check where it is facing so you get used to the feel for keeping it closed it would be one less major hindrance to the swing. Once you start hitting it straight you can then work on putting the hip power back into it.

JUST STEP THE FUCK AWAY.
I mean this with respect. I did high school golf competitively for 6 years, I was never the best but was on varsity every year.
This game fucks with you and your brain is not your friend. You’re on the range, there’s 90 fucking balls right there. So you’re going to go harder and faster because you’re pissed, frustrated, but you KNOW you can hit a decent fucking one because you don’t suck! You’ve done it a million times before!
Step. The. Fuck. Away. It’s time for a token breathing exercise. That annoying yoga shit maybe your mom or sister or gf mentioned. Or hell, go take a piss, buy a snickers ice cream treat and angrily enjoy the fuck out of it.
You can be a 30 handicap or a scratch golfer, doesn’t matter when you get the shanks/yips, it truly happens to everyone. Gotta reset that brain and emotional modem the best you can. Come back at it. Then shank it a little less shitty. BUT it was a little less shitty! IMPROVING!

Deep breath. Put both feet together for about 10 balls to warm up. Good drill for even a bucket to get your body synced and mind focused.
