I am a longtime fan of Guerin Rife and I use a Rife putter, but I have not tried the Evnroll putters yet. Yes, I know he sold the Rife company, but their putters still use his same Roll Groove Face.
Great review Gabe

Hey man…..I enjoy your video’s….being an accomplished player myself at 68 yrs young, may I offer you a suggestion please? You have way to much right hand in your putting stroke, which will cause right and left misses. Keep your forearms inline and this will help your face rotation both ways. I enjoy your rating system on your equipment reviews.
Really not a fan of this shift to aluminum. I absolutely loved the LAB but distance control and durability are missing. Used labs look ten years old.
I’ve been playing evnroll for years. The first year I had the putter I was awful. I’m surprised I kept it. I went for a putter fitting and it turned out the loft on my putter was negative 2. That explained why I was always short and not rolling smooth. Once it was corrected the putter is a great! Evnroll also replaced my putter for free due to bad loft.
Good video Gabe ! That putter looks very similar to the odyssey AI – one #7 ! A lot of Monkey see Monkey do in the putter business.
Just an observation, you are adding a hit with your right hand on your putting stroke. Work on your tempo and length of stroke or take a lesson. Keep up the good work.
God I’m bored with zero torque.
Gabe, are zero-tq putters really worth it? I'm not putting well at the moment, but my EDEL is custom fit for me… so I think like its me not the putter. Been thinking about going DF3. What's your opinion? You test them all! Also, man there seem to be A LOT fo fake DF3 on FB marketplace.
Very interesting…that said, I’ll go out on a limb and say in another 8-12 months, the “zero torque” fad will pass….people will suck with them and without them….it all comes down to learning to read greens and hitting your line with the right speed….I see the vast majority of the ams I play with are poor green readers…they think they’re good putters because they sink 8 out of 10 putts from 10 feet on the practice green…however, when you watch them on the practice green their first read is abysmal…once they know the line, they putt much better…get the read and putting becomes much easier…I was going through the putter mill, buying the latest and greatest over the years…injured my back recently and couldn’t do full swings…so, could only putt…I did a deep dive, really focused on reading greens…lo and behold my putting improved…decided to try my oldest putter, a Scotty blade from 2002 and hit it great…moral of the story, once you learn to read greens, you are more confident in your line, which makes you stroke it with more confidence, hitting the center of the putter more often…don’t need zero torque, etc….put in the time, period. But, it is fun to buy and try new putters…I’ll probably add a zero torque at some point, but the only one that fits my eye right now is the LAB Link 1. The rest look like clown clubs.
I absolutely love Evnroll! Thanks as always for the awesome content
So how does it perform with a revealer?
As I understand their face technology, the grooves are progressively thinner the farther from the center. So basically there is more surface area for contact away from the center. So basically, the center of the face is "deader" than towards the toe or heel.
I tried PXG'S zero torque putters today, Allen, Hellcat, Bat Attack, i didn't get on with any of them, nor did I get on with Odyssey or lab. I've decided none of them are for me. I did like PXG's milled Brandon tour putters and the new PXG torpedo mallet but none of the above putters iv tried this year and iv tried a couple of dozen came close to my 2 year old Odyssey tri-hot 5k Rossie putter until I picked up a 2025 Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2.5 at a trade in event. I'm rattling them in from all over the green. I'm kinda OCD and have a PXG bag that only lacks a PXG putter and it annoys me everytime I look at it. Strangely enough only when I'm in the house. On the course, I'll happily take the Scotty, but when I get back home and my bags sat there I get annoyed it's not a complete bag. I think the solution is not a new £420 PXG putter but a cheaper, older PXG putter from Ebay just to fill out the bag and satisfy the OCD. Or alternatively a couple of years therapy. Either way Zero torque is not for me.
good vid. I tried the Ping Scottsdale Fang Tyne C the other day, and sunk 4 twenty foot putts in a row.
Needless to say I was quite impressed with these "fanged" putters ⛳⛳
I have an er5 evnroll and I do absolutely love it and it has greatly improved my putting for sure but I also agree with you that these aluminum putters make it a little more difficult to get the right pace from long putts. It's like 20ft and in its great but when you get to like 25ft or longer it can become an issue. Great video!
