I just got a Uneekor Eye XO, I had installed the software before setting up the actual launch monitor. Everything was good, and when I finally got the launch monitor in my garage, no problems, I was able to set it up, calibrate, all done. This morning I go to turn it on and I am getting the Uneekor Launcher checking for service status, then displaying “Service Unavailable, Try Again Later” and it will not boot up. Please help!

Looks like that’s the story of the morning. Lots of posts about it down on lots of sim groups. No answers as far as I can see
It’s been about 10 hours. I was using it when I switched from View to Third Party Connector, the launcher froze and this happened. This is honestly a good example of today’s landscape and how sad the state of ownership is for software licensed products.
It’s hard to believe they advertise as a commercial solution, yet the ones running small businesses have zero recourse in these situations. They can’t run their businesses and there needs to be some kind of fail safe or alternative when the service is interrupted on either side.
having the same issue. Worked great yesterday. And, I know this is preaching to the choir, but there’s zero reason for these software suites to require us to be online. Everything is local including the hardware connection. It frustrates me to no end that we have to rely on data centers and third party login providers, and a litany of shit that gets in the way of our day to day lives. /rant over.

It’s back up now. No excuse either way. I am hoping they use this as a learning experience.
In general when launching an application of windows you can typically go to the Event Viewer to get a better error description
I feel like Uneekor has become greedy and the products are worse whilst the price has increased.
Gameday is utter garbage. Can’t even run view at the same time. The driving range doesn’t even have basic functions. Geolocking products now. Customer service taking days to reply.
Over priced subscriptions.
I want to replace my qed with something not needing marked balls but uneekor is going off my list. Shame as at the beginning they were revolutionary and great.
