  1. I seem to get a better pump on my biceps when i leave it till the end of my workout. Am i doing something wrong or is this the case for others?

  2. It's hard to build big side delts because they're not really useful for much.
    When do you ever need to elevate your arms outwards against resistance?
    Who has big side delts? Gymnasts and bobybuilders and I can't think of a third example.

  3. Im sorry but I dont understand why we're talking about the order of biceps and delts? Personally I'd do Biceps on my back day.
    Are there lots of people doing shoulders and arms now?

  4. This is exactly what I did. Genetically, I have a big, round chest and strong triceps. ANY pressing movement goes to either of them, completely leaving out the delts. So, for two years, I used the Nautilus side lateral machine 3x per week, hitting 3 sets, always trying to add weight or reps. This was ALWAYS done first. After two years, my shoulders are actually halfway decent.

  5. Question as to why this works? I feel like doing biceps triceps wouldn’t mess with my ability to push the lateral delts unless he’s referring to the systemic fatigue that comes with training other muscles first? Genuine question how does that work
