Anybody knows if I can remove the tip and put it on another shaft?
If so can I do it myself?

Just buy a new shaft with a new tip installed. Tips are cheap and so is the labor.

It would cost more to have it pulled then to just get a new tip

If you have the equipment to do it, it’s very easy to do and can be done in under a minute, including cleaning up the tip to re-use in another shaft. That will require a shaft puller, acetylene torch (Benzomatic will do) or heat gun to heat the adapter (not the shaft) while it’s in the puller so the glue will gas and remove, a pair of gloves to protect you hands because the adapter will be extremely hot, a drill and brush bit made to fit in the adapter to get out the epoxy and finally acetone and Q-tips to clean out the adapter so it’s clean and ready to use. Add epoxy to put it on a new shaft and something to cut and measure the new shaft to length. You’re talking a couple of hundred dollars, but that will give you tools you can use in the future if you want to reshaft irons yourself or even pull tips out of driver shafts so you can use them in new drivers you in the future with a new tip installed.
