Noren ended a seven-year wait for his 11th DP World Tour title, holding off Nicolai Højgaard and Kazuma Kobori to win at The Belfry. It marks his second Betfred British Masters victory, having first lifted the trophy in 2016.

Niklas Nørgaard became the second Dane in three years to win the Betfred British Masters as he claimed his maiden DP World Tour title 12 months ago at The Belfry Hotel & Resort and he is looking to start his first ever DP World Tour title defence. The British Masters marks the beginning of the Back 9, Phase 2 of the Race to Dubai, and it is all to play for. The field this week includes players such as Laurie Canter, Patrick Rodgers, Matt Fitzpatrick and Richard Mansell.
