Legion XIII was the No. 1 seed entering Michigan and looked every bit the part as all four players contributed to the team victory. Halfway through the final round, Crushers GC, which won the 2023 LIV Golf Team Championship, had a five-shot lead. However, Legion XIII notched a birdie from Hatton on the 18th, leaving Legion XIII and Crushers GC tied.
Stinger GC, which entered Michigan as big underdogs, fell apart on the back nine to fall out of the race. Dean Burmester shot a 5-under 65, Charl Schwartzel shot a 4-under 66, Branden Grace shot a 3-under 67 and captain Louis Oosthuizen shot an ever-par 70.
