Golfers are in for a treat today, as the Ba Golf Club Monthly Medal promises a spectacular day of competition and rewards.
The tournament is sponsored by Mahendra Gopal and Anita Persaud under their company banner, Prestige Home Care.
Gopal has been a consistent supporter of Ba Golf Club, contributing $8,000 in sponsorship this year alone.
Speaking with Tournament Director Rohit Chandra, he said he was impressed with the way past tournaments were managed.
“It is good to see the right people running the show in any organisation. Credit goes to Rohit Chandra, Dinesh Narayan and the club executives who have managed to secure this sponsorship from me,” he said.
This month’s event will be a first in Ba Golf history, as every participant will receive a giveaway prize.
Tournament director Rohit Chandra highlighted the exciting lineup of prizes:
Overall category prizes will include 1st to 4th net prizes in each grade, four novelty prizes, best dressed player, hardest working player and giveaway prizes for every participant
