Kyle Allen was trash and Hooker was worse. Heaven forbid anything happens to Goff this season.
The chargers played to win the game. The lions played to evaluate their depth roles. Its really that simple

They refuse to give Hooker any good reps. They run the ball 2-3 times and then they call a pass play! They did the same thing last season
Our depth definitely needs work, especially at QB. I think if we had better backups there than this game could've still gone different.

What I took away from this game: 1. TeSlaa looked like he belongs, and 2. I pray Jared Goff can stay healthy.

The Lions back up QBs just plain stink neither one will produce any wins if Goff gets injured this season. The GM better address this problem asap ,make a trade for a real quality backup QB not another teams castoff . The lions played like crap last night not to much to cheer about. If I'm the owner I'm not satisfied with what I saw from these players most of them deserve to be cut .
