The 5070 is $850 and the 3080 is $775. What would you take? Both of these may be overkill for a sim but want it to be good for a while which is part of the reason I’m leaning towards the newer equipment on the 5070 build.

PC2 personally bc raw power
But if you want future proofing, PC1.
PC2 is great, but it’s older hardware.
I’d take pc1 if it were me.
If you’re trying for a 4k setup I’d definitely take the 5070 over the 3080, every little bit of performance helps and the 5070 can overclock like a champ.
If it’s 1080 then both will be perfectly fine.
