Worth it? Yeah. Good for a beginner set? No.

Bag is great. Sun Mountain makes good shit.

The 2016 Apex #6 irons are difficult to hit well. I can get around with them fine but they’re too “classic” for comfort. These days even most tour pros play irons with more forgiveness.

Those Vokeys are not beginner friendly wedges. You’d probably be fine, but they don’t have much to help you. Something with a wider sole would be beneficial. Vokeys are good clubs though and they do offer more forgiving styles.

The Mizuno CLK hybrid is a great club, I gamed the 3 and 4 for years. But once again, it’s a mid-low handicapper club with low forgiveness. It’s also 16 degrees which was Mizunos idea to replace a 2 iron, which no beginner should bother with. You need a lot of speed to hit a 2 iron or 2 hybrid well.

I don’t have any experience with those Titleist woods, but based on the rest of the bag composition I would assume they’re low-mid handicap clubs.
