The Irish Golfer Series took it’s annual hiatus from the usual singles events with a TEAM SCRAMBLE at Moyvalley and as ever, the course proved a stern test for all, with one or two exceptions!

The scramble format saw teams receive 1/10th of the combined handicap with a maximum of four shots allowable per team and with four tee shots to count per player (one of which had to be on a par 3) there were plenty of thrills and spills.

Below are the results,

1st – 4 x Motocaddy S1 Electric Trolleys – Jim Connolly, Paul Murphy, Gary Smyth, Michael Blair – 54 nett off team handicap of 4
2nd – 4 x TaylorMade Qi35 Drivers – Declan Flood, Matt McKenzie, Brian Connolly, Jonny Malone – 55 nett off team handicap of 4
