After vibrating to the rhythm of the Jabra Ladies Open in May and the Major The Amundi Evian Championship in July, the Evian Resort Golf Club is preparing to host three unmissable events dedicated to the next generation of golfers. From the Grand Prix Jeunes Major (U14), a national competition, to The Amundi Evian Kids Cup (U12), one of the European benchmarks, and The Amundi Evian Juniors Cup (U14 internationals), the largest U14 competition in the world, the fairways of “The Champions Course” and “The Lake Course” will be the scene of the most promising performances of the year.
• Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 August: U14 Major Youth Grand Prix
• Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 September: The Amundi Evian Juniors Cup
• Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September: Grand Finale The Amundi Evian Kids Cup
Three competitions, three atmospheres, but one goal: to reveal the champions of tomorrow.
Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 August 2025 – The Grand Prix Jeunes Majeur d’Évian U14
Every year, the Evian Resort Golf Club, in association with the French Golf Federation, welcomes the best young French talents under 14, girls and boys, for a two-day sporting event. This intense and demanding competition is a real breeding ground where the future stars of national golf flourish, offering young players a framework of excellence to express their
potential and refine their game.
From Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 September 2025 – The Amundi Evian Juniors Cup
Created in 2007, The Amundi Evian Juniors Cup, the world’s largest U14 competition, brings together the best U14 players each year, revealing many talents who have since turned professional. In 2024, the team victory went to the United States, ahead of France and Japan. In the girls’ category, American Samantha Chiou won, and in the boys’ category, Portuguese Martim Johansen triumphed thanks in particular to a final round of 67. In 2025, young hopefuls from 20 international federations will compete for this prestigious title on the greens of the course hosting the only Major in Continental Europe.
Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September 2025 – The Amundi Evian Kids Cup Final
The Amundi Evian Kids Cup is the largest golf competition for children under 12 in Europe. Created in 2010 by Sandrine Mendiburu, it is an integral part of the “Galaxy The Amundi Evian Championship.” After the regional qualifying stage, the grand final will be played on the two Evian courses:
• The Lake Course, a course made up of 6 par 3s for children under 10.
• The Champions Course, the Major course for under 12s.
This festive and sporting event will, as every year, close the youth season at the highest level on the greens of Évian.
About The Amundi Evian Championship’s Young Talents policy: Since its creation in 1994, The Amundi Evian Championship has always been committed to promoting women’s golf worldwide. This driving societal role is also expressed through a strong commitment to young talent, within a veritable galaxy of dedicated events organized mostly at the Evian Resort Golf Club (The Amundi Evian Kids Cup, The Amundi Evian Juniors Cup, The Amundi Evian Showcase) and actions (Palmer Cup 2018, International Qualifiers, wildcard allocation) intended to reveal and support the champions of tomorrow.
