Club is 9 iron lofted at 43 degrees and -1 degree aoa. Spin/carry all seem pretty ideal with vla also seeming okay assuming the principle of loft/2 +5 degrees.

Backspin 8800 rpm for 9 iron seems high. A good range is 7000-7500

Yes for sure. You have 124 ball speed which is really high for a 9i, probably costing you 15 yards of distance due to excessive height, not to mention that ball would get absolutely nuked in the wind.

Rule of thumb – all your clubs should roughly peak at the same height, exception would be wedges which should actually fly lower. The peak sound 6 be roughly what your driver swing speed is. Assuming you saying 5as efficiently with driver as you do 9i, I’m guessing your club speed is around 120, maybe even a little higher. So your 9i is flying at least 30ft too high.

Edit: actually I take that back, your driver speed is probably closer to 110-115… Didn’t notice the insane 1.44 smash with the 9i. You must have a crazy delivery to launch a 9i at 26* but be shallow enough with really low dynamic loft to have that high of smash. So yeah you’re needing even less height than I thought.

Not sure if the settings matter, but this is setup for Driver (as it says in the bottom corner)
