Social media influencer Paige Spiranac is at East Lake Golf Club this Thursday to cover the 2025 Tour Championship.

Spiranac currently has 6.7 million followers across Instagram, TikTok and X. Before becoming a fan favorite on social media, she played college golf at the University of Arizona and San Diego State University. She earned All-Mountain West honors in 2013 and 2014. We also can’t forget that she led the Aztecs to a conference title.

For the past few months, golf fans have been begging for the PGA Tour to collaborate with Spiranac. They want to see her on the course interviewing some of the top players in the game.

Well, it sounds like they’re going to get their wish. Spiranac revealed that she’s covering the Tour Championship with PGA Tour Live.

“I’ll be on the course today with PGA Tour Live! Make sure to tune in,” Spiranac wrote on X.

“Super happy for you Paige,” a second fan commented. “Good luck.”

“Keep up the great work and insight, Paige Spiranac,” another fan wrote.

“That’s what I’m talking about! Coolest reporter out there,” a social media user added.

Could Spiranac become a big-time reporter for the PGA Tour?

Obviously, Spiranac understands the ins and outs of the game very well. Although she didn’t play at the pro level for long, she competed on the developmental Cactus Tour as well as LPGA qualifiers.

“There’s something about the game of golf that makes you addicted to it but also makes you feel like the most worthless human being ever when you have a bad round,” Spiranac said in a recent video. “I’ve been working with a therapist on this. I love golf so much, but sometimes, I just can’t break through. It eats at me, and I know so many others can relate to this.”

We’re not ready to say Spiranac has what it takes to be the next Amanda Balionis, but make no mistake about it, she has plenty of fans in her corner.

Only time will tell if Spiranac becomes a reporter for the PGA Tour.
