It was another fantastic day for the 2025 edition of the Annual Huddersfield Giants Golf Day, hosted at Crosland Heath Golf Club
There has been some fantastic, and some not so fantastic, Golf on display, with the weather holding out perfectly throughout. The day got underway with registrations at 11:30, with a Rocket start at 1pm prompt.
Today’s event was proudly sponsored by PIB Insurance Brokers.
The trophy for the winning team is proudly sponsored by David Burdsey.
Throughout the day, participants gave very generously and on the Charity hole 2, for the Huddersfield Giants Community Trust, we raised a whopping £1000!
Joss Bentley from PIB Insurance was proud to be partners of today’s event and said, “It’s great to be involved in the Giants. We’ve been involved for the last two to three years. Businesses getting together on days like today, adds real value to us.”
“The exposure for us is massive for us at PIB Insurance Brokers. We work with a lot of local businesses already so it’s great to get our brand out there and support the Giants as well.”
When asked what advice Joss has on getting involved with sponsorship, he gave a fantastic testimonial on what it is like to be a partner of the Giants.
“First and foremost, have the conversations with the club. Get yourself embedded within the club and get your face and brand out there. I couldn’t recommend it more!”
Commercial Manager Brian Blacker said…
“I would firstly like to thank all Club sponsors, partners and participants for making today a successful one. It’s been a brilliant day from start to finish. The continued support of the Giants from everyone involved is greatly appreciated, and all have contributed to a brilliant day both on and off the course.”
“To all involved in Crosland Heath Golf Club, thank you for your support & hospitality today too. Without a fantastic Golf course, the Giants would not be able to put days like this on, so thank you to those involved in getting everything ready for us and for hosting the event.”
