4:29 Наоборот… Нужно расслабить нижнюю руку, что бы вязко погасить энергию. Если ты сделаешь твердый прием, то шайба отскочит от крюка
5:29 Если тебе нужно прянть пас который далеко впереди, то лучшая практика это кинуть одной рукой клюшку. Отсутсвие нижней руки в таком приеме погасит энергию шайбы, но не так эфективно как если бы была нижняя рука, поэтому при приеме одной рукой нужно учитывать рикошет , а слеовательно его нужно направить на свой ход
