i think you are too close to the ball. [This video](https://youtu.be/LpymPLZ8Wlg?si=bNo5xzP1XsEiKaIk&t=72) shows you how to set yourself good distance from ANY club. Its really easy and quick to incorporate to your setup.

Former right hand iron shanker here myself. Looks like your hands end up jammed against your body on your downswing. Your swing plane appears to sweep across your body because you are trying to get your hands through quickly, which leads to an open face at impact sending your ball right. Your swing should end brushing the grass or leaving a small divot after the ball. Hard to tell from this video but look at your grip as well. I used to have a super weak grip and barely saw my left hand knuckles and would lose everything out to the right. Watch a Danny Maude video or 2 about iron swings. The drill is used when my swing plane is messed up is two tees with the ball between and get through the gate without hitting the tee. When Im on the course I like to “brush the grass” on my practice swings to make sure my club is moving in a straight line through the ball. Im a mere 15 handicap and I’ve overcompensated and have been drawing every iron shot to the left about 5-10 yards so I still have some work to do myself.

Your follow arm is getting locked up on downswing cause you to finish outside to in and pushing or slicing the ball.
Fixes: 1) conscious decision to try and keep that back warm locked throughout your entire swing 2) if you can’t take a step back away from ball and really need to work on snapping wrist at end of swing at contact.

Swing too stiff, just like your hair let it flow. Also you don’t need to swing so hard, a soft grip and smooth swing will compress the ball and send it flying

If you pause right at the moment of contact, you can see that your clubface is open to the direction you’d like it to go
Seems a little rushed on the downswing. I like a little moment for my club to rest before I begin the downswing. And I kind of time this with my breath somewhat so I know my swing is in the right rhythm both ways. I dont know how close to your current method this would be but I’ve always done this, with shooting, darts, cue sports. Breathing and getting my body to do what I want in my mind are very linked

1) def too close to the ball, so you’re not extended at impact. that extension generates more power and helps square the club face. you look like you’re trying to keep your hands super close to your body, which is keeping the clubface open
2) tough to tell from this angle, but it looks like your feet and shoulders may be pointing in different directions, , with your feet essentially open to the shoulder line, contributing to the open clubface problems you’re having.
3) you’re also kinda scooping
My favorite drill/swing thought is very simple, and useful in that it can correct a lot of issues because it focuses on getting you to a proper impact point:
No club, put a ball in your right hand. Go through your swinging motion. For iron shots, the goal is to throw the ball into the ground just in front of where the ball would be placed, and heading down the target line. For driver/woods, you want to feel more like you’re trying to throw the ball in your right arm down the target line from your swing motion.

I’m no swing coach but I do know the ball shot right because the face is open. Next time you’re at the range practice purposely hitting right with an open face, then left with a closed face to get a feel for controlling the face.
Looks like you are trying to hit the ball by send your force down towards the target.
If you look at these pics, the “hit” happens between the top right and the bottom left. The rest of the swing after that just happens and the ball gets in the way.
If you try to hit the ball or send your force down the target line, you’re not doing it right and until you get this right in your mind, none of the other tips on here will make sense.

Back off the ball a bit. You actually start to shallow the club but you’d miss the ball if you continued on that swing plane
Feel throwing mechanics not baseball swing mechanics. Weight has to shift forward to get proper angle of attack (divot in front of ball). Turn back, “step” (should feel pressure on lead mid-foot), turn through

Hip rotation in backswing and downswing
