As Donald Trump made his bid for the role again in 2024, one new face emerged after she made a speech in support of her grandfather: Kai Madison Trump.

She was born in New York City.
The eldest child of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Haydon, Kai was born in New York City on May 12, 2007, and she is the oldest of Donald Trump’s 10 grandchildren.
Although she was raised in the city, Kai moved to Jupiter, Florida with her mother when she was 13. Since moving there, she has attended The Benjamin School, a private day school in Palm Beach.
She’s an avid golfer.
Kai spends much of her time dedicated to golf, and her love of the sport goes so far that her Instagram handle is even @kaitrumpgolfer.
On her SportsRecruits page, Kai says that she has been playing golf for over 13 years, and she adds, “Golf has always been a massive part of my life and is my biggest passion. I always aspire to be a leader and a positive figure on and off the golf course.”
In August 2024, she made a verbal commitment to play the sport at The University of Miami. “I would like to thank my mom, Vanessa, and my dad, Don, for always supporting me through my journey,” she wrote in the caption of an Instagram post revealing the news.
She has a strong presence on social media.
When Kai isn’t hitting the golf course, she likes to share updates on TikTok and Instagram, where she has 1.4 and 2.5 million followers.
On both platforms, the 17-year-old often posts content of her outfits, her golf outings, and time spent with her family.
She also has an active YouTube account, where she posts blogs about her daily life and significant events.
She came to widespread attention after speaking at the 2024 RNC.

Part of the reason that Kai developed such a strong social media following is because she spoke in favor of her grandfather at the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which led to her receiving widespread national attention.
